M公司职位职级体系构建及其应用研究

【摘要】:职位管理是人力资源管理最基本的内容,在人力资源管理中发挥着重要作用。设计科学高效的职位职级体系,能够为建立高素质和有竞争力的员工队伍提供重要支撑,并激发员工的积极性和创造力,不断提升企业人力资源竞争力以面对竞争多样化的外部环境,这对于任何企业来说都具有现实意义。本文在介绍M公司基本情况及职位职级现状基础上,借鉴行业内标杆公司的成熟经验、搜集分析该公司战略目标、公司文化、人员信息等资料,对职位职级项目的需求进行梳理和澄清。在此基础上,通过介绍职位职级体系的基本内容、设计方法和基本流程,阐述了 M公司职位职级体系设计的原则、思路,并结合一定的方法,重点进行岗位说明书、职位体系和职级体系的构建。新的职位职级体系规划了职位族、职类、职级等职位职级体系的基本构成要素,最后针对该体系的落地,提出在任职资格标准、职级体系认证方面的应用,使之成为一个完整的、可落地的体系。职位职级体系的构建落地,夯实了 M公司人力资源管理的基础,为员工的发展和职业通道的拓宽提供了现实的条件,在很大程度上调动了员工的创造性与积极性,在优化人力资源配置、驱动M公司持续健康发展等方面,均具有重要的现实意义。
[Abstract]:Position management is the most basic content of human resource management, which plays an important role in human resource management. It can provide important support for the establishment of a high-quality and competitive workforce, stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of employees, and constantly enhance the competitiveness of human resources in order to face the diversified external environment of competition. This is of practical significance to any enterprise. On the basis of introducing the basic situation of M Company and the status quo of position and rank, this paper collects and analyzes the strategic objectives of M Company by referring to the mature experience of benchmarking company in the industry. Company culture, personnel information and other information, to sort out and clarify the requirements of the post level project. On this basis, through the introduction of the basic content of the post rank system, design methods and basic processes. This paper expounds the principles and ideas of the post rank system design of M Company, and combines certain methods, focuses on the construction of job description, position system and rank system. The new position rank system plans the post family. Category, rank and other positions of the basic elements of the rank system, and finally in view of the landing of the system, put forward in the qualification standards, rank system certification application, so that it becomes a complete. The construction and landing of the position and rank system has reinforced the foundation of human resource management in M Company and provided the realistic conditions for the development of employees and the widening of career channels. To a great extent, it has aroused the creativity and enthusiasm of employees, and has important practical significance in optimizing the allocation of human resources and driving M company to develop healthily and continuously.
