【摘要】:人才对企业兴衰起着举足轻重的作用已是不争事实。作为新兴的小额贷款行业,人才招聘面临激烈市场竞争;与此同时,招聘管理中的不足又进一步制约人才的加入。因此,如何优化改进现有招聘管理体系,提升现有小额贷款公司招聘效率及质量便成为当务之急,在此背景下,分析探究如何改进公司招聘中的问题及对策便十分有意义。HH小额贷款公司是一家快速发展壮大的成长型公司。公司业务规模快速增长的同时也遭遇到人才招聘的瓶颈。本文通过借鉴国内外招聘管理的相关理论,通过问卷调查、数据归纳等研究方法了解HH小额贷款公司招聘现状,查找招聘管理中存在的问题及成因,提出了改进的具体对策。从招聘规划优化、面试选拔流程及标准的改进、招聘渠道的完善、提升招聘团队专业化等方面提出了明确的操作流程及要求。同时通过吸收招聘选拔领域的新型工具以及该公司业务开展过程中的信用报告等审核工具,进一步提升招聘选拔的效度及质量。同时,本文还建议在招聘管理的基础建设及其他方面给予实施保障。包括岗位分析优化完善、职务职级体系建立健全、入职培训及薪酬福利体系建设,提升公司领导重视程度,优化离职员工管理,完善企业文化建设,优化企业绩效制度建设等方面,以确保招聘对策的有效实施。通过本文研究,在一定程度上帮助HH小额贷款公司改进招聘管理中的不足,优化完善招聘渠道、选拔流程和标准,提升团队专业化,进而希望对优化公司的招聘管理起到一定的帮助作用,保障公司人力资源的可持续发展。
[Abstract]:It is an indisputable fact that talent plays an important role in the rise and fall of enterprises. As a new micro-loan industry, talent recruitment faces fierce market competition; at the same time, the shortage of recruitment management further restricts the entry of talents. How to optimize and improve the existing recruitment management system and improve the recruitment efficiency and quality of the existing microfinance companies will become an urgent task. In this context, It is very meaningful to analyze and explore how to improve the problems and countermeasures in the recruitment of the company. HH Microloan Company is a fast growing and growing company. While the business scale of the company grows rapidly, it also encounters the recruitment of talents. This paper draws lessons from the relevant theories of recruitment management at home and abroad, Through questionnaire survey, data induction and other research methods to understand the recruitment status of HH microfinance company, to find out the problems and causes of recruitment management, and put forward specific countermeasures for improvement. The improvement of interview selection process and standard, the perfection of recruitment channel, At the same time, by absorbing the new tools in the field of recruitment and selection as well as the audit tools such as credit report in the course of the company's business development, At the same time, this paper also proposes to guarantee the recruitment management in the infrastructure and other aspects, including the optimization of job analysis, the establishment of a sound job ranking system, In order to ensure the effective implementation of recruitment countermeasures, the construction of induction training and compensation and welfare system, the promotion of company leaders' attention, the optimization of employee management, the improvement of corporate culture, and the optimization of enterprise performance system, etc. To a certain extent, we can help HH Microloan Company to improve recruitment management, optimize recruitment channels, select process and standards, promote team specialization, and then hope to play a certain role in optimizing the recruitment management of the company. To ensure the sustainable development of the company's human resources.
