产业集群创新能力灰关联熵评价

【摘要】：文章构建了新兴产业集群创新能力评价体系用于产业集群创新能力评价,提出了培育新兴产业集群的主要模式。并基于战略性新兴产业集群的六个特征,利用统计分析法得到战略性新兴产业创新能力影响因素集,根据评价过程中存在的不确定性,利用模糊语言作为评价标度,构建了基于改进灰关联熵的战略性新兴产业集群竞争力评价方法。
[Abstract]:This paper constructs the evaluation system of innovation ability of emerging industrial clusters and puts forward the main mode of cultivating new industrial clusters. Based on the six characteristics of strategic emerging industry cluster, the paper obtains the set of factors influencing the innovation ability of strategic emerging industry by using statistical analysis. According to the uncertainty in the evaluation process, fuzzy language is used as the evaluation scale. The evaluation method of the competitiveness of strategic emerging industrial clusters based on improved grey correlation entropy is constructed.
