银行业企业社会责任与竞争力的关系研究

【摘要】:随着经济全球化的发展,在资源日渐紧缺和环境破坏严重的背景下,银行间的竞争不再仅仅局限于产品和服务的竞争。经营风险防范、绿色信贷、人性化管理、慈善与扶贫等社会责任履责状况越来越受到企业各利益相关者的关注。企业社会责任已成为银行业创新发展,获取竞争优势的战略工具。我国企业社会责任发展较晚,从提出到备受重视经历了曲折的发展过程。由于对社会责任缺乏深入了解,我国银行业社会责任履责意识薄弱,对企业社会责任与竞争力的关系缺乏清晰的认知。因此,对银行业企业社会责任与竞争力的关系进行深入研究,以指导银行企业积极履行社会责任具有非常重要的意义。本文将银行业作为研究对象,在梳理企业社会责任相关文献的基础上,首先界定了银行业企业社会责任与银行业竞争力的概念,并对二者的关系进行了定性分析,提出了相关假设。接着对银行业社会责任从股东责任、供应商责任、政府责任、员工责任、客户责任五个主要的利益相关者责任出发,银行业竞争力分为现实竞争力和潜在竞争力两部分,选取上市银行作为研究对象进行了实证研究。结果显示,银行业企业社会责任与现实竞争力正相关,与潜在竞争力也正向相关,得出结论,银行业社会责任与竞争力正相关。研究发现,各个利益相关者对竞争力的影响程度存在着差异,股东责任对竞争力的提升发挥着较大的影响,其他的利益相关者同样不能忽视。根据研究结论,本文提出了企业社会责任视角下银行竞争力提升的对策建议:构建与利益相关者的互动机制,创建社会责任管理体系,完善社会责任管理制度,将社会责任理念融入企业文化,法律制度的保障。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization, the competition among banks is no longer confined to the competition of products and services under the background of increasingly scarce resources and serious environmental damage. Management risk prevention, green credit, humanized management, charity and poverty alleviation are more and more concerned by all stakeholders. Corporate social responsibility (CSR) has become a strategic tool for the innovation and development of banking industry. The development of corporate social responsibility in China is relatively late, and has experienced a tortuous development process from putting forward to being attached great importance to. Due to the lack of a deep understanding of social responsibility, China's banking social responsibility awareness is weak, lack of clear understanding of the relationship between corporate social responsibility and competitiveness. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the relationship between corporate social responsibility and competitiveness of banking industry in order to guide banks to fulfill their social responsibility actively. This article regards banking as the research object, on the basis of combing the related literature of corporate social responsibility, firstly defines the concept of banking enterprise social responsibility and banking competitiveness, and carries on the qualitative analysis to the two relations. Some hypotheses are put forward. Then, from the five main stakeholders' responsibilities of shareholder responsibility, supplier responsibility, government responsibility, employee responsibility and customer responsibility, the competitiveness of banking industry is divided into two parts: realistic competitiveness and potential competitiveness. Selected listed banks as the research object of empirical research. The results show that the social responsibility of the banking industry is positively related to the real competitiveness and the potential competitiveness. The conclusion is that the social responsibility of the banking industry is positively related to the competitiveness. It is found that there are differences in the degree of influence of different stakeholders on competitiveness, shareholder responsibility plays a greater role in the promotion of competitiveness, and other stakeholders can not ignore it. According to the conclusion of the study, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the competitiveness of banks from the perspective of corporate social responsibility: to build an interactive mechanism with stakeholders, to establish a management system of social responsibility, and to perfect the management system of social responsibility. The concept of social responsibility into the corporate culture, the protection of the legal system.
