上海市众创空间国际化服务能力对创业绩效的影响研究

【摘要】：2014年夏季达沃斯论坛开幕式上,李克强总理第一次提出“大众创业、万众创新”。自此,政府加大鼓励创新型经济的力度,期望实现经济增长方式转变和经济结构调整。创新创业由此进入新的发展时期,众创空间也因此走进大众视野,越来越成为全民创新创业的落脚点。随着国际化的不断深入发展,创新要素的跨国流动日益频繁,国际化创业资源在创业企业发展中起着重要的作用。创业企业因此建立了较强的国际化意识,除了在国内市场成形后再走向海外的模式,许多创新企业从创业之初就有了整合全球资源的意识,国际化的创业导向使其发展一开始就面向全球市场。在此背景下,本研究立足于国际商务理论、孵化器理论和绩效理论,对众创空间的定义和分类、创业服务相关概念和理论、创业绩效理论、以及国际化服务能力与创业绩效的关系进行梳理。在文献研究和对上海市众创空间及创业企业的国际化发展现状分析的基础上,提出“上海市众创空间国际化服务能力对创业绩效的影响”这一问题,通过理论分析设定众创空间的国际化服务能力为自变量,创业企业创业绩效为因变量,创业企业绩效影响因素为控制变量,国际化创业导向为调节变量,确定了各变量的测度项,并提出了研究假设和理论模型。本研究采用调查问卷的方法获取研究数据,通过实地调研和网络调研两种方式发放和回收问卷。筛选出有效数据后,通过实证研究检验前文提出的假设。在通过信度和效度检验验证问卷的有效性和一致性后,通过描述性统计了解被调研对象的特征,然后通过相关分析和回归分析探索上海市众创空间国际化服务能力对创业绩效的影响。通过研究上海市众创空间国际化服务能力对创业绩效的影响,发现上海市众创空间的国际资本服务能力、国际信息服务能力和国际网络服务能力较强,对创业企业的创业绩效产生显著正向影响。同时,创业企业的国际化创业导向对众创空间国际化服务能力与创业绩效的关系起正向调节作用,调节作用主要通过国际资本服务能力和国际信息服务能力对创业绩效更好的促进作用显现。本研究对众创空间结论对政策制定和众创空间在国际化服务的选择上提供一些有益的参考。
[Abstract]:At the opening ceremony of the Davos Forum in the summer of 2014, Premier Li Keqiang proposed for the first time that "Mass Entrepreneurship, all Innovation". Since then, the government has stepped up efforts to encourage an innovative economy, in the hope of changing its economic growth pattern and adjusting its economic structure. Thus, innovation and entrepreneurship enter a new period of development, and the space of innovation also enters the public vision and becomes the foothold of innovation and entrepreneurship of the whole people more and more. With the deepening development of internationalization, the transnational flow of innovation elements is becoming more and more frequent. International entrepreneurial resources play an important role in the development of entrepreneurial enterprises. As a result, startups have established a strong sense of internationalization. Besides taking shape in the domestic market and then going overseas, many innovative enterprises have a sense of integrating global resources from the very beginning of their ventures. International entrepreneurial orientation makes its development to the global market from the beginning. In this context, this study is based on the international business theory, incubator theory and performance theory, the definition and classification of crowdspace, entrepreneurial service related concepts and theories, entrepreneurial performance theory, And the relationship between international service ability and entrepreneurial performance. On the basis of the literature research and the analysis of the current situation of the internationalization development of Shanghai Zhongchuang Space and the entrepreneurial enterprises, this paper puts forward the question of "the influence of the internationalization service ability of Shanghai Zhongchuang Space on the entrepreneurial performance". Through the theoretical analysis, we set the international service capacity of the space of venture as independent variables, entrepreneurial performance as dependent variables, entrepreneurial performance factors as control variables, international entrepreneurial orientation as adjustment variables. The measure terms of each variable are determined, and the research hypotheses and theoretical models are proposed. In this study, questionnaire was used to obtain the data of the research, and the questionnaire was distributed and recovered by two ways: field investigation and online investigation. After sifting out valid data, the hypothesis is tested by empirical research. After the validity and consistency of the questionnaire were verified by reliability and validity tests, the characteristics of the subjects were analyzed by descriptive statistics. Then through correlation analysis and regression analysis to explore the impact of international service capacity of Shanghai Venture Space on entrepreneurial performance. By studying the impact of the international service capability of Shanghai Zhongchuang Space on the entrepreneurial performance, it is found that the international capital service capability, the international information service capability and the international network service capability of Shanghai Zhongchuang Space are strong. It has a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial performance. At the same time, the international entrepreneurial orientation of the entrepreneurial enterprise plays a positive role in regulating the relationship between the international service capability and the entrepreneurial performance. The regulatory effect is mainly through the international capital service capacity and the international information service ability to promote the entrepreneurial performance better. This study provides some useful references for policy making and international service selection.
