无锡华光集团供应链管理分析及对策研究

【摘要】：随着《中国制造2025》中国版的工业4.0的宏伟蓝图的提出,整个国民经济增速的放缓,工业企业的转型升级迫在眉睫的大环境下,工业企业的供应链管理的水平高下以及供应链系统的运作过程的效率,直接关系了这个企业在企业所在的行业、所处的市场中是否具有较强的竞争力,能否在国内甚至国际同行中处于不败之地,所以企业的供应量管理优化和提升就重要性就不言而喻了。提升企业的供应链管理水平首先要了解目前的企业的供应链管理的现状;其次分析供应链管理中的难点和不足;再次要运用国际、国内先进的供应链理论去解决目前现实的问题,最后提出优化的方案。本文以无锡华光集团公司的供应链管理为研究对象,在总结了国际、国内的供应链管理方面的理论的基础上,从无锡华光集团公司的供应链部分环节现实出发,分析华光集团公司的供应链管理制度整体状况,重点提供了华光集团采购管理环节现状、销售环节现状、库存及存货管理的现状,分析华光集团在销售管理环节、采购管理环节以及存货及库存管理中存在的问题和弊端,借助供应链管理的理论以及供应链流程再造的理论和方法去寻求通过业务流程再造去寻找华光集团公司供应链管理存在问题的解决之道,在提出华光集团供应链业务流程改造的总体原则的基础上,最后提出供应链管理的优化的方案。论文通过提出问题、分析问题、解决问题的思路,探索华光集团公司供应链管理优化的途径,为在转型升级中的无锡民营企业的供应链管理提供一个优化参考,为提升企业的持续发展增加竞争力,助力当地经济发展。
[Abstract]:With the proposal of the grand blueprint of "made in China 2025" for China's version of Industrial 4.0, the slowdown in the growth rate of the entire national economy, and the imminent transformation and upgrading of industrial enterprises, The high level of supply chain management of industrial enterprises and the efficiency of the operation process of the supply chain system have a direct bearing on whether this enterprise has strong competitiveness in the industry in which the enterprise is located and the market in which the enterprise is located. Can be in an invincible position in domestic and even international counterparts, so the importance of optimization and promotion of supply management is self-evident. To improve the level of supply chain management of enterprises, we should first understand the current situation of supply chain management of enterprises; secondly, analyze the difficulties and shortcomings of supply chain management; Domestic advanced supply chain theory to solve the current reality of the problem, and finally put forward the optimization scheme. This paper takes the supply chain management of Wuxi Huaguang Group Company as the research object, on the basis of summarizing the theories of international and domestic supply chain management, starting from the reality of the supply chain part of Wuxi Huaguang Group Company. This paper analyzes the overall situation of the supply chain management system of Huaguang Group, focusing on providing the status quo of purchasing management, sales links, inventory and inventory management of Huaguang Group, and analyzing the sales management links of Huaguang Group. Procurement management and inventory management problems and shortcomings, With the help of the theory of supply chain management and the theory and method of supply chain process reengineering, this paper tries to find a solution to the problems in supply chain management of Huaguang Group Company through business process reengineering. On the basis of putting forward the general principle of the transformation of supply chain business process of Huaguang Group, the optimization scheme of supply chain management is put forward at last. By putting forward problems, analyzing problems, solving problems and exploring the ways of supply chain management optimization in Huaguang Group Company, this paper provides an optimized reference for Wuxi private enterprises' supply chain management in the process of transformation and upgrading. In order to enhance the sustainable development of enterprises to increase competitiveness, help local economic development.
