K公司汽车零部件产品开发项目进度管理改进研究

【摘要】：汽车零部件是汽车工业的基础,是支撑汽车工业持续健康发展的必要因素。汽车行业的开发与创新,更需要一个强大的零部件体系作支撑。整车技术创新需要零部件作基础,零部件的自主创新又对整车产业的发展产生强大推动力,他们是相互影响、相互作用的,没有强大零部件体系的支撑,整车企业的做大做强将难以为继。在当今汽车行业领域,客户地位主导化、客户需求个性化、产品寿命短期化、市场全球化和竞争激烈化已成为汽车零部件行业的主要特征,因此,汽车零部件企业加速产品开发是企业在时间上获取竞争优势的关键。然而,由于大部分汽车零部件开发企业存在“重质量、轻管理”的理念,使得产品开发效率低下,特别是对进度管理的忽视,让许多开发企业丧失了产品推向市场的最佳时机。所以,开发阶段的进度控制,对于企业的竞争力有着重要影响,零部件企业如何能够更好的管理项目开发进度,加快产品更新换代速度,成为汽车零部件开发项目管理的研究关键。本文以K公司汽车零部件产品开发项目进度管理作为研究对象,通过对其项目进度管理的现状的分析,总结在项目进度管理中存在的问题,剖析产生问题的原因,从而找出能够科学合理控制进度的改进措施。论文的第一部分为绪论部分,主要交代了本文的选题背景及研究意义,指出在汽车零部件行业竞争越来越激烈的情况下,越来越多的企业开始意识要“时间就是生命”这句话的真谛,逐渐开始注重对项目进度的管理控制,也使本文对项目进度管理进行研究有了现实的意义。另外,该部分还介绍了项目进度管理研究的基本理论,介绍了与项目进度管理相关的概念,包括项目管理、项目进度管理和项目进度控制,并对项目进度控制涉及的原理和方法进行了简要的概括介绍。除此之外,还将国内外有关项目进度管理的研究现状进行了总结,并进行了简单的评述。其次为论文的正文,同时也是论文的主要内容所在。该部分首先对K公司项目组织结构进行了介绍,然后从项目进度管理组织结构、项目进度计划编制和项目进度阶段划分三个方面介绍了K公司在汽车零部件开发中的进度管理现状。然后,根据项目进度管理的现状,对公司在产品开发项目进度管理中存在的问题及产生问题的原因做了全面细致的分析,最后根据原因和问题为公司产品开发进度管理提出了改进措施,并对改进措施实现后的效果进行了简要的分析。第三部分作为论文的结论,对全文进行了总结概括,指出进度管理在有效措施的控制之下,完全可以能够进行有效的控制,在此基础上进行展望,希望改进方案能够为M开发项目的进度管理继续发挥其应有的作用,并为其他相似项目的进度管理提供有益的借鉴。
[Abstract]:Auto parts are the foundation of automobile industry and the necessary factors to support the sustained and healthy development of automobile industry. The development and innovation of automobile industry need a strong parts system to support. The technological innovation of the whole vehicle needs parts and components as the foundation, and the independent innovation of the parts and components has a strong impetus to the development of the whole vehicle industry. They interact with each other and do not have the support of the strong parts system. The whole car enterprise will become bigger and stronger will be difficult to continue. In the field of automobile industry nowadays, customer status is dominant, customer demand is individualized, product life is short-lived, market globalization and fierce competition have become the main characteristics of automobile parts industry. Auto parts enterprises accelerate product development is the key for enterprises to gain competitive advantage in time. However, due to the "emphasis on quality, not management" in most auto parts development enterprises, the efficiency of product development is low, especially the neglect of schedule management, which makes many development enterprises lose the best opportunity to bring their products to market. Therefore, the progress control of the development stage has an important impact on the competitiveness of the enterprise. How can the parts and components enterprises better manage the development progress of the project and speed up the upgrading of the products? It has become the key to the research of auto parts development project management. This paper takes the project schedule management of the automobile parts product development of K Company as the research object, through the analysis of the current situation of the project schedule management, summarizes the existing problems in the project schedule management, and analyzes the reasons for the problems. In order to find out the scientific and reasonable control of the progress of the improvement measures. The first part of the thesis is the introduction part, which mainly explains the background and significance of this paper, and points out that the competition in automobile parts industry is becoming more and more fierce. More and more enterprises begin to realize the true meaning of "time is life", and gradually begin to pay attention to the management control of project schedule. In addition, this part also introduces the basic theory of project schedule management, and introduces the concepts related to project schedule management, including project management, project schedule management and project schedule control. The principle and method of project schedule control are briefly introduced. In addition, the research status of project schedule management at home and abroad is summarized, and a brief comment is made. Second, the text of the paper, but also the main content of the paper. In this part, the project organization structure of K Company is introduced, and then the project schedule management organization structure is introduced. This paper introduces the progress management status of K Company in auto parts development from three aspects: project schedule preparation and project schedule stage division. Then, according to the current situation of project schedule management, the paper makes a comprehensive and detailed analysis of the problems existing in the project schedule management of product development and the causes of the problems. Finally, according to the reasons and problems, the improvement measures are put forward for the company's product development schedule management, and the effect of the improvement measures is analyzed briefly. The third part, as the conclusion of the paper, summarizes the whole paper and points out that progress management can be controlled effectively under the control of effective measures. It is hoped that the improved scheme can continue to play its due role in the schedule management of M development projects and provide useful reference for the schedule management of other similar projects.
