基于供应链协作的装备制造企业供应链柔性提升策略研究

【摘要】:随着全球化竞争和环境不确定性的加剧,当代商业竞争已从个体企业之间的竞争演变到供应链之间的竞争,为此有战略眼光的企业都在寻求提升供应链整体竞争力的途径,其中提升供应链柔性被认为是供应链应对环境变化和不确定性的有效手段。因此,深入探讨供应链柔性提升策略显得尤为重要。供应链协作是实现资源优化配置,促进供应链各节点企业合作的重要方法,从供应链协作视角探讨其对供应链柔性的影响,可以为企业提升供应链柔性提供新思路。本文以装备制造企业的供应链为研究对象,采用案例与实证分析相结合的研究方法,深入探讨供应链协作与供应链柔性的关系。论文首先对国内外供应链协作、供应链柔性、产品模块化的理论研究进行系统梳理。接着,通过对上汽大众的案例分析,初步探讨了业务协作/战略协作与供应链柔性之间的关系,再通过理论分析构建供应链协作对供应链柔性影响的概念模型。并运用SPSS19.0软件结合回收的121份样本数据进行实证检验,深入探讨业务、战略协作与供应链柔性的关系,以及产品模块化对两者关系的调节效应。根据供应链协作与供应链柔性的因果关系,本文最终提出装备制造企业供应链柔性提升思路:并以吉利汽车控股公司为例,对其供应链柔性问题以及供应链柔性提升策略进行分析。通过深入的案例分析和实证研究,本文得出以下几点结论:(1)业务协作对生产和物流柔性有正向促进作用;(2)战略协作对供应、生产和物流柔性均有正向促进作用;(3)业务协作与战略协作对生产柔性、物流柔性的提升存在交互作用;(4)产品模块化程度对业务协作与生产、物流柔性之间的关系,战略协作与物流柔性之间的关系有调节效应。故基于此,本文提出两点供应链柔性提升策略:(1)整合业务协作与战略协作,共同提升供应链柔性:战略协作确定柔性提升目标,筹划资金、技术支持,业务协作用以完成具体业务流程的实施。(2)实施产品模块化策略:借由产品模块化来降低业务协作复杂度。本研究丰富了供应链协作管理理论,为提高供应链柔性提供新的研究思路和方法,同时对装备制造企业提升供应链整体竞争力有一定启示意义。
[Abstract]:With the globalization competition and the aggravation of the environment uncertainty, the contemporary business competition has evolved from the competition among individual enterprises to the competition among supply chains. Therefore, the enterprises with strategic vision are looking for ways to enhance the overall competitiveness of supply chains. Among them, enhancing supply chain flexibility is regarded as an effective means for supply chain to deal with environmental changes and uncertainties. Therefore, it is very important to probe into supply chain flexibility promotion strategy. Supply chain cooperation is an important method to realize the optimal allocation of resources and promote the cooperation of enterprises in different nodes of supply chain. From the perspective of supply chain cooperation, the influence of supply chain collaboration on supply chain flexibility can be discussed, which can provide a new idea for enterprises to enhance supply chain flexibility. In this paper, the supply chain of equipment manufacturing enterprises is taken as the research object, and the relationship between supply chain collaboration and supply chain flexibility is deeply discussed by the method of case study and empirical analysis. Firstly, the theory of supply chain cooperation, supply chain flexibility and product modularization is systematically combed in this paper. Then, through the case study of SAIC Volkswagen, the relationship between business collaboration / strategic collaboration and supply chain flexibility is discussed, and then the conceptual model of supply chain collaboration on supply chain flexibility is constructed by theoretical analysis. By using SPSS19.0 software and 121 samples collected, the relationship between business, strategic collaboration and supply chain flexibility, as well as the adjustment effect of product modularization on the relationship between them, is discussed. According to the causality relationship between supply chain collaboration and supply chain flexibility, this paper finally puts forward the idea of improving supply chain flexibility in equipment manufacturing enterprises: taking Geely Automobile holding Company as an example, The supply chain flexibility problem and supply chain flexibility promotion strategy are analyzed. Through in-depth case analysis and empirical research, this paper draws the following conclusions: 1) Business collaboration has a positive effect on the flexibility of production and logistics. Both production and logistics flexibility have a positive promoting effect on business collaboration and strategic collaboration on production flexibility, and on logistics flexibility there exists interaction between product modularization degree and business collaboration and production, and logistics flexibility, and the relationship between product modularization degree and business collaboration, production and logistics flexibility. The relationship between strategic collaboration and logistics flexibility has a regulatory effect. Therefore, based on this, this paper puts forward two strategies of enhancing supply chain flexibility: 1) integrating business collaboration with strategic collaboration to enhance supply chain flexibility: strategic collaboration determines flexibility promotion objectives, planning funds, and technical support. Business collaboration is used to complete the implementation of specific business processes. 2) implement product modularization strategy: by product modularization to reduce the complexity of business collaboration. This study enriches the supply chain cooperative management theory and provides new research ideas and methods for improving supply chain flexibility. It also has some enlightenment significance for equipment manufacturing enterprises to enhance the overall competitiveness of supply chain.
