信息通信企业内外协同创新能力提升研究

【摘要】:信息通信(Information and Communication Technology 简称 ICT)产业是推动国家经济转型、产业升级的基础性产业,对经济增长具有很强的带动性和扩散性。中国提出向创新型经济发展方式转变,信息通信产业的发展引导作用更加重要。信息通信产业经过20年的快速发展步入产业生命周期的成熟期,产业增速低于GDP增速趋于常态化,以创新求发展成为必然选择。此外,互联网加速向各行业、各领域渗透融合,要求企业扩展搜索边界,从外部吸收创新创意与内部知识资源有机结合,形成内外协同效应提升企业创新能力。进入21世纪,协同创新成为学术界的研究热点,但研究成果较为分散,尚没有形成系统性理论,从企业内部和外部协同视角研究协同创新能力的文献尚不多见,如何实现企业内外部资源协同提升创新能力成为学术界亟待解决的问题。在此背景下,本文以信息通信企业为例证,研究企业内外协同创新网络及能力提升,对信息通信企业的创新发展具有实践指导作用并丰富了协同创新理论的内容。本文基于全面创新管理理论、社会网络理论、企业能力理论并融合协同学思想通过多案例研究、高阶分子结构方程模型、云模型综合评价等方法对信息通信企业内外协同创新网络进行探索性研究,旨在以信息通信企业的视角,探讨创新活动开展过程中企业内部创新要素与外部创新主体网络对创新绩效的影响机制及内外协同创新能力评价问题。主要从以下几个方面展开研究:(1)本文对三家信息通信企业进行探索性案例研究,通过多案例分析与文献研究方法,探索性论证信息通信企业外部创新主体网络和内部创新要素协同网络的构成,并构建了信息通信企业内外协同创新网络体系。(2)基于本文构建的信息通信企业内外协同创新网络体系研究框架,采用问卷调查方法对信息通信企业进行样本数据收集,并通过探索性因子分析、验证性因子分析与高阶分子结构方程模型,分析企业内外协同创新对创新绩效的影响机制。(3)基于企业内外协同的视角,在现有研究成果的基础上用德尔菲方法和隶属度计算筛选指标,从外部网络结构、内部创新要素协同和内外网络协同三个维度构建了信息通信企业内外协同创新能力评价指标体系。(4)利用正态云理论对层次分析法改进形成基于云模型的综合评价方法,结合第六章提出的指标体系,以两个信息通信企业为例,对企业内外协同创新能力评价做了实证研究。本文的创新点如下:(1)构建了信息通信企业内外协同创新网络体系。论文在现有理论成果的基础上,通过探索性多案例研究,分析归纳了信息通信企业外部创新主体网络和内部创新要素的基本构成,并将两者纳入一个研究框架,构建了信息通信企业内外协同创新网络体系。首先以信息通信企业为例证,从新的视角丰富了协同创新理论的应用范畴,其次把企业内外创新网络融合为一个有机整体,结束了外部创新主体网络和内部创新要素分离研究的状态,拓展了协同创新网络的理论边界。(2)揭示了信息通信企业内外协同创新网络对创新绩效的影响机制。现有研究多从企业外部创新主体网络与内部创新要素分别讨论它们对创新绩效的影响关系,本文综合了他们的研究成果提出企业内外协同创新对创新绩效的影响关系研究假设,并利用高阶分子结构方程模型进行验证,剖析了企业内外协同创新网络的运作机理,突破了现有研究从单一方面探讨企业协同创新网络的局限。(3)构建了信息通信企业内外协同创新能力评测指标体系。现实的企业创新活动需要内部创新要素与外部创新主体网络统一协调,而现有研究多从企业外部或者内部单方面评价企业协同创新能力。本文基于企业内外协同创新网络体系,综合考虑了内部创新要素协同、外部创新主体网络以及内外网络协同三方面完善了企业协同创新能力评测指标体系,使评估更加全面、贴合实际。其次,采用改进的云模型综合评价方法进行实证研究,验证了评测指标体系的可行性并为信息通信企业协同能力评价提供更加科学的测评方法。
[Abstract]:Information and Communication Technology (ICT) industry is the basic industry to promote national economic transformation and industrial upgrading. It has strong driving and diffusivity for economic growth. After 20 years of rapid development, the industry has stepped into the mature period of the industrial life cycle. The growth of industry is less than GDP growth, and it becomes the inevitable choice. In addition, the Internet accelerates into various industries, various fields, and requires enterprises to expand the search boundary, and absorb innovative ideas and internal knowledge resources from the outside. In twenty-first Century, collaborative innovation has become the focus of research in the academic world. However, the research results are more scattered, and there is no systematic theory. There is not much literature on collaborative innovation ability from internal and external collaborative perspectives of enterprises. How to realize the synergy of internal and external resources of enterprises to promote innovation can be achieved. In this context, this paper is based on the comprehensive innovation management theory and the social network theory, which is based on the comprehensive innovation management theory and the social network theory. On the basis of multi case study, high order molecular structural equation model and cloud model comprehensive evaluation, the theory of enterprise capability and synergetic thought is carried out to explore the collaborative innovation network inside and outside the information and communication enterprise. The aim is to explore the internal innovation elements and external factors in the process of innovation activities in the perspective of information and communication enterprises. The influence mechanism of innovation main network on innovation performance and the evaluation of internal and external synergy innovation ability are studied. (1) this paper carries out exploratory case study on three information and communication enterprises, and explores the network and interior of the external innovation main body of the information and communication enterprise through the multi case analysis and literature research method. The composition of the collaborative innovation network of the Ministry of innovation and the construction of the internal and external collaborative innovation network system of the information and communication enterprise. (2) the research framework of the internal and external collaborative innovation network system based on this paper is constructed, and the sample data is collected by the questionnaire survey method, and the confirmatory factor is analyzed by the exploratory factor analysis. Analysis and high order molecular structural equation model, analyze the influence mechanism of collaborative innovation on innovation performance in and outside the enterprise. (3) based on the perspective of enterprise internal and external cooperation, based on the existing research results, we use Delphy method and membership degree to calculate the index, from the external network structure, internal innovation elements synergy and internal and external network synergy. The evaluation index system of collaborative innovation capability in and outside the information and communication enterprise is constructed. (4) using the normal cloud theory to improve the comprehensive evaluation method based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to form a cloud model, combined with the index system proposed in the sixth chapters and taking two information communication enterprises as an example, this paper makes an empirical study on the evaluation of the enterprise's internal and external collaborative innovation capability. The innovation points are as follows: (1) constructing the internal and external collaborative innovation network system of the information and communication enterprises. On the basis of the existing theoretical achievements, the paper analyzes and summarizes the basic composition of the external innovation main body network and the internal innovation elements of the information and communication enterprises, and puts the two into a research framework and constructs the information communication. The system of collaborative innovation network within and outside the enterprise. First of all, taking information and communication enterprises as an example, it enriches the application category of collaborative innovation theory from a new perspective. Secondly, it integrates the internal and external innovation network of enterprises into an organic whole, and ends the state of the research on the separation of the external innovation main body network and internal innovation, and expands the collaborative innovation network. The theoretical boundary. (2) it reveals the impact mechanism of collaborative innovation network on innovation performance in and out of the information and communication enterprises. The existing research mainly discusses their influence on the innovation performance from the external innovation main network and the internal innovation factors. The effect relationship research hypothesis, and using the high order molecular structural equation model to verify, analyze the operation mechanism of cooperative innovation network inside and outside the enterprise, break through the limitation of the existing research from a single aspect to explore the enterprise cooperative innovation network. (3) constructing the evaluation index system of the collaborative innovation capability of the information and communication enterprises. The innovation activities of the industry need to harmonize the internal innovation elements with the network of the external innovation subject, and the existing research mainly appraise the cooperative innovation ability of the enterprise from the external or internal aspects of the enterprise. Based on the internal and external collaborative innovation network system, this paper comprehensively considers the internal innovation factors, the external innovation main body network and the internal and external network association. In the same three aspects, the evaluation index system of enterprise synergistic innovation ability is perfected to make the evaluation more comprehensive and practical. Secondly, the improved method of comprehensive evaluation of cloud model is used for empirical research to verify the feasibility of the evaluation index system and provide a more scientific evaluation method for the evaluation of the cooperative ability of the information and communication enterprises.
