青岛RY环境科技公司融资问题研究

【摘要】：中小科技企业是我国技术创新的重要源泉,是最活跃的创新群体,它比一般企业有更强的创新需求和创新能力,具有开拓新产业的带头作用,已经成为我国创新的主体。青岛RY环境科技有限公司,坐落于青岛市高新区,是一家集生产、技术服务、贸易于一体的的综合性环保科技公司。RY公司作为一家处于高速发展的中小型高新技术企业,资金短缺一直是其近年来发展面临的重要问题。如何选择适合本企业发展的融资模式,采取针对性的措施对融资风险进行有效控制,已成为RY公司财务管理工作的当务之急。本文以RY环境科技有限公司为研究对象,利用比较分析、文献研究、案例分析等方法,深入研究企业融资相关理论,结合国外中小科技企业融资经验与启示,深入分析RY公司的融资模式及风险控制问题。研究主要分为六部分:第一部分,介绍论文的研究背景、研究意义,论文总体的研究思路与文章框架。第二部分总结中小科技企业的界定和基本特征,对中小科技企业融资问题进行整体分析。第三部分重点介绍了国外在中小科技企业融资方面的经验和政府采取的措施,为RY环境科技有限公司融资模式的研究提供借鉴。第四部分详细分析RY环境科技有限公司的融资现状及存在问题,并对公司融资情况进行了评价。第五部分为对策建议和保障措施。通过对RY公司案例研究发现,当前其融资面临以下问题:一是融资渠道过窄,二是融资成本过高,三是融资风险管理意识缺乏。为缓解融资难问题,应大力实施租赁融资、积极实施项目融资、再次实施股权融资、积极尝试互联网融资、大力申请创新基金。
[Abstract]:Small and medium-sized scientific and technological enterprises are the important source of technological innovation in our country and the most active group of innovation. They have stronger innovation demand and innovation ability than ordinary enterprises, and have the leading role of exploiting new industries, and have become the main body of innovation in our country. Qingdao RY Environmental Science and Technology Co., Ltd, located in Qingdao High-tech Zone, is a comprehensive environmental protection technology company, which integrates production, technical service and trade, as a small and medium-sized high-tech enterprise with high speed development. The shortage of funds has been an important problem for its development in recent years. How to choose the financing mode suitable for the development of the enterprise and take targeted measures to effectively control the financing risk has become the urgent task of financial management of ry Company. In this paper, RY Environmental Science and Technology Co., Ltd. is taken as the research object. By means of comparative analysis, literature study and case analysis, this paper deeply studies the relevant theories of enterprise financing, and combines the financing experience and enlightenment of small and medium-sized scientific and technological enterprises in foreign countries. Deeply analyze the financing mode and risk control of ry Company. The research is divided into six parts: the first part introduces the research background, research significance, the overall research ideas and the framework of the paper. The second part summarizes the definition and basic characteristics of small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises, and analyzes the financing problem of small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises as a whole. The third part focuses on the foreign experience in the financing of small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises and the measures taken by the government to provide reference for the research of financing mode of ry Environmental Science and Technology Co., Ltd. The fourth part analyzes the financing status and existing problems of ry Environmental Science and Technology Co., Ltd. in detail, and evaluates the financing situation of the company. The fifth part is countermeasure suggestion and safeguard measure. Through the case study of ry Company, it is found that its financing is facing the following problems: first, the financing channel is too narrow, the second is the financing cost is too high, and the third is the lack of awareness of financing risk management. In order to alleviate the difficulty of financing, we should vigorously implement leasing financing, actively implement project financing, implement equity financing again, actively try Internet financing, and vigorously apply for innovative funds.
