B公司员工绩效管理方案优化设计研究

【摘要】:随着我国城镇化速度日益加快,机械制造业也得到迅速发展。但企业利润大幅增长同时,相对应的管理模式却一直处于滞后阶段。在这种情况下,企业如何摆脱原有的粗放管理模式成为亟待解决的问题,尤其是如何利用有效的绩效管理来提升企业的综合竞争能力成为众多行业内企业不得不面临的一项主要工作。目前,绩效管理概念已经被很多机械制造行业的企业已经引入,但是在实际操作中仍然存较多问题,整体绩效管理水平依然偏低,依旧很难满足企业发展需要。在这种前提下,就需要机械行业内企业不断调整绩效管理方向,认真研究真正有效的管理方式,构建适合与本企业的绩效管理体系,为企业的可持续发展打下坚实的基础。目前,绩效管理概念已经被很多机械制造行业的企业已经引入,但是在实际操作中仍然存较多问题,整体绩效管理水平依然偏低,依旧很难满足企业发展需要。在这种前提下,就需要机械行业内企业不断调整绩效管理方向,认真研究真正有效的管理方式,构建适合与本企业的绩效管理体系,为企业的可持续发展打下坚实的基础。本文以B公司为研究对象,在深入阐述绩效管理相关概念和定义的基础上,总结出绩效的主要分类、主要特点以及绩效管理与绩效考核的关系。然后通过对B公司员工绩效管理现状的调查,进一步找出B公司在绩效管理表现方面的问题和不足,主要体现在目标体现科学性较为欠缺、绩效管理工作的反馈和沟通不足、绩效管理未起到应有的激励效应、绩效考核指标的制定对其科学性重视程度不足、绩效考核方法没有能够起到预期的效果等五方面,并对分析存在问题和不足的主要成因。最终提出B公司绩效管理的优化方案和保障措施。通过一段时间的绩效管理方案实施,使考核结果更充分地被利用,提高了员工的满意度,使员工的工作目标与企业的发展目标相融合,最终提升了企业的综合竞争能力,在激烈的市场竞争中抢占更多的市场份额。
[Abstract]:With the increasing speed of urbanization in China, the machinery manufacturing industry has also developed rapidly. However, the corresponding management mode has been lagging behind in the rapid growth of enterprise profits. In this case, how to get rid of the original management model has become an urgent problem, especially how to use effective performance management. To improve the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises has become a major task for enterprises in many industries. At present, the concept of performance management has been introduced by many enterprises in the machinery manufacturing industry. However, there are still many problems in the actual operation, and the overall performance management is still low, and it is still difficult to meet the needs of the enterprise development. Under this premise, it is necessary for enterprises in the machinery industry to constantly adjust the direction of performance management, to carefully study the real and effective management methods, to build a performance management system suitable for the enterprise, and to lay a solid foundation for the sustainable development of the enterprises. At present, the concept of performance management has already been introduced by many enterprises in the machinery manufacturing industry. In the actual operation, there are still many problems, the overall performance management level is still low, and it is still difficult to meet the needs of the enterprise development. Under this premise, it is necessary for the enterprises in the machinery industry to constantly adjust the direction of performance management, to carefully study the real and effective management methods, to build a performance management system suitable for the enterprise, for the enterprise Based on the in-depth exposition of the related concepts and definitions of performance management, the main classification, main characteristics and the relationship between performance management and performance assessment are summarized on the basis of the in-depth exposition of the related concepts and definitions of performance management in this paper. Then, the performance management and performance assessment of the B company are then investigated to further identify the performance of the B company in the performance of the company. The problems and shortcomings of the performance management are mainly reflected in the lack of scientific nature, the lack of feedback and communication in performance management, the lack of incentive effect in performance management, the lack of scientific attention in the formulation of performance assessment indicators, and the lack of expected results in the performance examination method. And the main causes of the problems and shortcomings are analyzed. Finally, the optimization scheme and safeguard measures of B company performance management are put forward. Through a period of performance management scheme, the results are fully utilized, the employee satisfaction is improved, the employees' work goals are integrated with the development goals of the enterprise, and finally the enterprise has been promoted. The industry's comprehensive competitiveness will occupy more market share in the fierce market competition.
