【摘要】：随着IT大数据信息技术的高速发展,我国的城市发展正迈向一个更高级的阶段,即智慧城市阶段。从引入智慧城市的理念,到今天遍布全国各地的试点城市,前后不过5年时间,“智慧城市”的观念极大影响了我国的城市化发展。针对发展规律而言,随着国民经济的发展,国内城市化的提高,我国目前以及未来相当长的一段时期内,均会处于智慧城市建设的迅速发展时期。建设智慧城市,是提高我国城镇化质量、推进城市生产生活和管理方式创新的重要举措,受到中央和社会各方面的重视。但由于信息技术等方面的制约,智慧型城市的建设工作主要存在着投入大、建设周期长、设计方面广等问题。对绝大部分人而言,“智慧型城市”是信息化社会下兴起的全新概念,对此认识不足,缺乏相关经验。总之,国内的智慧型城市建设工作仍然处于探索阶段,加上相关信息产业建设不足,不能有效整合社会各方资源。从而造成智慧城市建设工作无法持续性进行,所以智慧型城市的商业模式优化设计是企业在市场经济条件下保持竞争力的长期发展战略。美好明天是国家高新技术企业、作为研究具有中国特色的智慧城市平台技术企业,因为企业的商业模式单一化,在美好明天发展过程中出现资金流动性差,投入大,涉及主体多,融资难,项目的合作机制不灵活等问题,企业发展逐步步入停滞阶段。为解决公司商业模式单一的问题,本文首先通过对国内外智慧型城市建设过程中的相关经验进行了总结和研究,为后续商业模式优化研究工作做好准备。其次运用PEST分析模型及上市公司实证分析法对美好明天内外部环境、技术能力、自有产品、资源能力、营销渠道及盈利模式等企业自身优劣势进行调查研究,深入剖析美好明天现有商业模式的主要问题,接着,在充分了解企业商业模式情况的前提下,通过对公司员工进行问卷调查和高管的深度访谈形式,对公司商业模式的问题及优化情况展开了全面的调查,最后通过对各项数据的研究和分析,认为美好明天公司当前在商业模式上所存在的最重要问题为:盈利模式、技术创新及融资渠道。最终,通过对美好明天公司的全景规划,优化设计美好明天公司在智慧城市下的商业模式,并通过引入PPP模式的相关理论提出了商业模式优化的总体思路、具体措施和保障策略,为美好明天公司管理和商业模式优化贡献了学术依据。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of IT big data information technology, China's urban development is moving towards a more advanced stage, that is, the intelligent city stage. From the concept of introducing intelligent city to the pilot cities all over the country today, the concept of "intelligent city" has greatly affected the development of urbanization in China. In view of the law of development, with the development of national economy and the improvement of domestic urbanization, our country will be in the period of rapid development of the construction of intelligent city at present and in a long period of time in the future. The construction of intelligent city is an important measure to improve the quality of urbanization and promote the innovation of urban production, life and management, which has been attached great importance to by the central government and all aspects of society. However, due to the restriction of information technology, the construction of intelligent city has many problems, such as large investment, long construction period, wide design and so on. For most people, "intelligent city" is a new concept rising under the information society. In short, the construction of intelligent cities in China is still in the exploratory stage, coupled with the insufficient construction of related information industries, can not effectively integrate social resources. As a result, the construction of intelligent city can not be carried out sustainably, so the optimization design of business model of intelligent city is a long-term development strategy for enterprises to maintain competitiveness under the condition of market economy. A better tomorrow is a national high-tech enterprise. As a technology enterprise with Chinese characteristics to study the intelligent city platform, because the business model of the enterprise is single, in the process of developing a better tomorrow, the capital mobility is poor and the investment is large. Involving many subjects, difficult financing, the project cooperation mechanism is not flexible and so on, the development of enterprises step by step into a stagnant stage. In order to solve the problem of single business model, this paper summarizes and studies the relevant experiences in the process of intelligent city construction at home and abroad, so as to prepare for the further study of business model optimization. Secondly, using the PEST analysis model and the empirical analysis of listed companies to investigate and study the advantages and disadvantages of the internal and external environment, technical capability, own products, resource ability, marketing channel and profit model of enterprises. Deeply analyze the main problems of the existing business model of better tomorrow, and then, on the premise of fully understanding the business model of the enterprise, through the questionnaire survey to the employees of the company and the form of in-depth interviews with senior executives, Through the research and analysis of all kinds of data, the author thinks that the most important problem in the business model of Bright tomorrow company is: profit model. Technical innovation and financing channels. Finally, through the panoramic planning of Bright tomorrow Company, the author optimizes the business model of Bright tomorrow Company under the wisdom city, and puts forward the overall idea of business model optimization by introducing the related theory of PPP model. The concrete measures and the safeguard strategy have contributed the academic basis for the bright future company management and the business model optimization.
