社会网络结构对企业间知识共享影响研究综述

【摘要】：【目的/意义】破解社会网络结构优劣之争对提升企业间知识共享效果具有重要意义。【方法/过程】从社会网络结构对知识共享作用、结构特征对知识共享影响、结构形态对知识共享影响、结构演化的影响因素四个方面进行了综述。【结果/结论】现有研究往往基于社会网络结构外生的假设,且单纯以网络结构的物理形态特征来评价其优劣是导致争论的根源。因此需结合内/外生结构理论,特别要考虑企业网络的社会属性,以及知识共享不同阶段与网络结构的匹配性,才有助于解决争论。
[Abstract]:[objective / significance] it is of great significance to solve the controversy over the advantages and disadvantages of social network structure to improve the efficiency of knowledge sharing among enterprises. [method / process] from the perspective of social network structure on knowledge sharing, structural characteristics have an impact on knowledge sharing. The influence of structural morphology on knowledge sharing and the factors affecting structural evolution are summarized. [results / conclusions] existing studies are often based on the assumption that the social network structure is exogenous. And it is the source of controversy to evaluate the merits and demerits of the network structure simply by the physical morphological characteristics of the network structure. Therefore, it is necessary to combine the theory of endogenous / exogenous structure, especially to consider the social attributes of enterprise network, and the matching of different stages of knowledge sharing and network structure, in order to help to solve the controversy.
