服务型领导、心理所有权与员工建言行为的研究——权力距离导向的调节作用

【摘要】：在创新驱动发展的时代背景下,公共服务行业的建言行为显得尤为必要。文章有机整合管理者的服务型领导风格、员工的心理所有权、权力距离导向等关键要素,试图揭示公共服务行业员工建言行为的多重影响机制。基于对中国多个地区不同类型公共服务行业员工的两阶段配对问卷调查和结构方程建模技术分析,结果表明:服务型领导对员工的建言行为具有积极影响;心理所有权在服务型领导与建言行为间发挥中介作用;员工的权力距离导向负向调节其心理所有权对其建言行为的影响;员工的权力距离导向负向调节服务型领导对其建言行为的间接效应。
[Abstract]:Under the background of innovation-driven development, the advice behavior of public service industry is particularly necessary. This paper organically integrates the service leadership style of managers, the psychological ownership of employees, the power distance orientation and other key elements, trying to reveal the multiple influence mechanism of public service employees' suggestion behavior. Based on the two-stage pairwise questionnaire survey and structural equation modeling technique, the results show that service-oriented leadership has a positive influence on employee's constructive behavior. Psychological ownership plays an intermediary role between service-oriented leadership and constructive behavior; The power distance orientation of employees negatively regulates the indirect effect of service-oriented leadership on their constructive behavior.
