互联网企业价值评估体系研究——基于实物期权模型的分析

【摘要】：随着网络技术的高速发展,互联网企业如雨后春笋般涌现,相应的互联网企业的投资、融资和并购等经济行为不断出现。因此,构建互联网企业的价值评估体系是十分重要的。首先,本文通过系统分析互联网企业的特征,利用平衡计分卡深入探讨了互联网企业的驱动因素,构建了互联网企业的综合价值评估指标体系。然后,利用突变级数法和实物期权法,综合考虑财务和非财务指标,得出修正的BS实物期权模型,进而确定互联网企业的价值。最后,通过对10家互联网企业进行实证分析,得出企业的价值,结合企业目前的市价,从而确定具有发展潜力的互联网企业。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of network technology, Internet enterprises are springing up, and the corresponding economic behaviors such as investment, financing and merger and acquisition are constantly emerging. Therefore, it is very important to construct the value evaluation system of Internet enterprises. First of all, this paper analyzes the characteristics of Internet enterprises, discusses the driving factors of Internet enterprises by using balanced Scorecard, and constructs the comprehensive value evaluation index system of Internet enterprises. Then, by using catastrophe series method and real option method, considering financial and non-financial indexes, the modified BS real option model is obtained, and then the value of Internet enterprise is determined. Finally, through the empirical analysis of 10 Internet enterprises, the value of the enterprises is obtained, combined with the current market price of the enterprises, so as to determine the Internet enterprises with development potential.
