【摘要】：正如何成为知商,抢占知识产权制高点,提升自身核心竞争力,已成为时代发展的新命题。自18世纪60年代世界首部专利法诞生以来,知识产权极大地激发了人类的创新活力,带动国家社会发生全新的变革。如今,人工智能、VR/AR、无人机、人脸识别、无人驾驶等知识产权新技术,正深刻影响着人们日常生活。"知商"这一群体已成为国家创新基因中不可或缺的组成部分。中国已经告别网商时代,进入知商时代。
[Abstract]:How to become merchants, seize intellectual property and enhance their core competitiveness has become a new proposition in the development of the times. Since the birth of the world's first patent law in the 1860's, intellectual property rights have greatly stimulated the innovation of human beings and brought about new changes in the country and society. Today, new intellectual property technologies such as artificial intelligence, VR / AR, UAV, face recognition, pilotless driving, etc., are profoundly affecting people's daily lives.
