【摘要】：近年来,随着土地资源的日益紧缺,房价丌始不断上涨,城市中低收入群体面临着住房难的问题。在此背景下,深圳市丌始逐步完善住房保障政策,并对保障性住房建设进行积极探索和实践。在取得初步成效的同时也发现在保障性住房建设过程中存在一些问题。 本文主要是从深圳市保障性住房建设的现状入手,对其实施情况进行总结,通过实际案例及利用详实数据,分析保障性住房建设中存在的各种问题,对比其它先进国家和地区保障性住房建设的实施情况,概括出先进国家及地区成功经验对深圳市的启示,最后对如何促进深圳市保障性住房的健康有序发展提出建议。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the increasing shortage of land resources, housing prices began to rise, urban low-income groups are facing the problem of housing difficulties. In this context, Shenzhen began to gradually improve housing security policies. Meanwhile, it also finds some problems in the process of the construction of affordable housing. This article is mainly from the status quo of housing construction in Shenzhen, the implementation of the summary, through the actual case and use of detailed data, analysis of the existence of various problems in the construction of affordable housing. Compared with other advanced countries and regions of the implementation of affordable housing construction, summed up the successful experience of advanced countries and regions to Shenzhen enlightenment. Finally, suggestions on how to promote the healthy and orderly development of affordable housing in Shenzhen are put forward.
