【摘要】:随着中国金融市场的对外开放,在华韩国银行从二十世纪九十年代开始进驻中国市场。1992年7月,韩国外资银行第一次在北京建立代表处,至2010年末,韩国银行在中国的分支机构达到60家以上,投资基金规模也大大增加。然而,在华韩国银行与在华韩国的制造业企业(如三星、LG等)相比知名度不高,利润水平也较低。那么,在华韩国银行究竟面临着怎样的问题,值得我们对其中的原因进行认真的探究。 本文首先对相关文献进行梳理,,并在此基础上明确本文的研究背景和研究意义。其次,分析中国银行业的结构、现状和特点,并比较中国加入WTO前后的金融市场开放程度,归纳了中国金融开放的四个阶段:初期开放阶段(1979—1993)、初期发展阶段(1994—2000)、全面开放市场过渡期(2001—2006年)以及全面开放阶段(2007—目前)。再次,本文考察了外资银行整体在中国发展的经验和特征,探讨一般意义上外资银行对中国经济的正面效应。本文重点分析了韩国银行进入中国的必要性,归纳在华韩国银行的不同发展阶段,并利用SWOT分析法考察了在华韩国银行的优势、劣势、机会、威胁等四个方面,综合分析SO战略、ST战略、WO战略、WT战略,探讨韩国银行进入中国市场发展时所需的方案。为了韩国银行能够在中国市场更加稳定的发展,本文提出如下五个方案:第一、进入地区的扩大化,在华韩国银行要扩展中国内地的西部地域;第二、进入方式的多样化,开设分行或本地法人,与中国国内银行进行合作;第三、金融业务及产品的多样化,私人银行和银行卡业务扩张并研发贷款新产品;第四、专门人员的当地化,实施专门人员的当地化是韩国银行在中国成功发展的重要保证;第五、筹资渠道的多样化及扩展,建议扩大存款业务,与韩国主要大型企业开展更多的合作。 韩国银行经历过亚洲金融危机和美国金融危机,已具备金融风险管理技术和高品质金融服务的水平。它们与其他外资跨国银行一样,具备一定的在中国金融市场发展的潜力。为了韩国银行的充分发展,在华韩国银行进入之前需要有更加完善的营销计划,充分理解中国金融惯例,重点向中国客户推广金融业务,以客户利益为中心实施发展战略。
[Abstract]:Chinese with the opening up of financial markets, the market began to enter the China.1992 year in July from 1990s in China, the Bank of Korea, South Korea's first foreign bank to establish a representative office in Beijing, to the end of 2010, the Bank of Korea branch in China reach 60 or more, the investment fund has greatly increased. However, in China, the Bank of Korea and in China, South Korea's manufacturing enterprises (such as Samsung, LG etc.) compared to popularity is not high, the profit level is low. So, Korean banks in China are facing the problem of how to, it is worth exploring the reasons for us to seriously.
This paper first reviews the relevant literature, and based on the research background and significance of this paper. Secondly, analysis of the structure of Chinese banking, characteristics and current situation, and compared China joined the financial market openness before and after WTO, summarizes the four stages of Chinese financial openness: the early stage of opening (1979 - 1993) the initial stage of development, (1994 - 2000), the full liberalization of the market transition period (2001 - 2006) and the stage of complete opening (2007 - present). Again, this paper examines the foreign banks in the whole China development experience and characteristics, to explore the positive effect of foreign banks on the general sense of China economy. This paper focuses on the analysis of the Bank of Korea into the necessity of Chinese, summed up in different stages of development of Korean banks in China, and using the SWOT analysis method to analyze the Bank of Korea in China's advantages, weaknesses, opportunities, threats and other four aspects, comprehensive Analysis of SO strategy, ST strategy, WO strategy, WT strategy, of the required Korean banks enter Chinese market development plan. In order to the Bank of Korea to develop more stable in Chinese market, this paper proposes the following five options: first, to expand the area of Korean banks in China to expand Chinese inland western region second; entry mode diversification, set up a branch or a local entity, in cooperation with domestic banks Chinese; third, diversified financial services and products, private banks and bank card business expansion and new product development loans; fourth, the local specialized personnel, the implementation of specialized personnel of local banks in South Korea is an important guarantee for China the success of development; fifth, diversification and expansion of financing channels, to expand the deposit business, carry out more cooperation with South Korea mainly large enterprises.
The Bank of Korea experienced the Asian financial crisis and the financial crisis in the United States, has a financial risk management technology and high-quality financial services. They like other foreign multinational banks, have a certain development in the China financial market potential. In order to fully develop the Bank of Korea, before the Korean banks enter the need for better marketing plan, fully understand the Chinese financial practices, the key to the Chinese promotion of financial services, to the interests of customers as the center and the implementation of the development strategy.
