中原经济区信托融资建设可行性分析

【摘要】：城市基础设施是一个城市经济发展的基础，它决定了人民的生活质量的物质基础，对国家经济的平稳发展有着至关重要的作用。我国目前处于高速的发展阶段，并将持续相当长的时间。这就会对基础设施建设能否跟上国家发展脚步提出了严峻考验。但是，在我国完善基础设施建设的进程中始终存在融资不足、渠道单一的问题。本文围绕这一中心问题结合信托业自身灵活的运作方式和良好的外部因素，提出了利用信托产品缓解城市基础设施建设项目中遇到的融资难的问题。信托业作为金融行业的四大支柱一，在融资速度、成本控制、风险管理、收益比较等方面有着其他三个行业所不具备的优势，，能够成为城市基础设施建设项目大规模融资的新型渠道，为节约政府的融资成本做出贡献。文中通过模拟中原经济区的信托融资项目与广西省钦州港工业园区基础设施建设的政府投资手段相对比，通过SWOT分析法与传统融资手段做出分析比较，列举信托业优势、分析信托业劣势，为政府融资参考提供了理论和数据依据。
[Abstract]:Urban infrastructure is the foundation of a city's economic development, which determines the material basis of people's quality of life and plays a vital role in the smooth development of national economy. And it will last for a long time. This will put forward a severe test whether the infrastructure construction can keep up with the pace of national development. However, in the process of improving the infrastructure construction in China, there is always insufficient financing. Single channel problem. This paper combines the flexible mode of operation and good external factors of the trust industry around this central problem. The trust industry as the four pillars of the financial industry, in financing speed, cost control, risk management. Income comparison and other aspects of the other three industries do not have the advantages, can become a new channel for large-scale financing of urban infrastructure projects. In order to save the financing cost of the government, the paper compares the trust financing project of the Central Plains Economic Zone with the government investment means of the infrastructure construction of Qinzhou Port Industrial Park in Guangxi Province. Through the analysis and comparison between the SWOT analysis and the traditional financing means, this paper enumerates the advantages and disadvantages of the trust industry, and provides the theoretical and data basis for the government financing reference.
