【摘要】：正英国《金融时报》12月7日援引数据供应商e Vestment的数据,称今年三季度海湾国家主权财富基金已经撤资了190亿美元。油价下跌,快要跌穿产油国的心理承受能力了。即使是富有的海湾产油国,为了平衡国内经济压力,也不得不动用主权基金中的资金,回援国内。保守估计,已有上千亿美元的海湾国家主权资金撤离了海外资本市场,而这引发了一系列的连锁反应。
