【摘要】：解决小额贷款的相关问题具有国际性、普遍性，且极负挑战性。我国长期以来小额信贷发展缓慢，因而及早研究其经营模式和发展环境又显得极为迫切。相关研究人员应对这一新兴事物的可持续发展给予足够的关注。本文首先介绍了小额贷款的概念范围、行业特征和主要功能，同时剖析了国内外小额信贷机构的发展趋势和演变过程，其中国外比较成功小额信贷机构的主要做法对我国相关机构的起步和发展提供了很好的借鉴。进一步，本文描述了政府的金融体制改革及支持“三农”发展的要求，，并由此引出小额信款公司成立的背景，同时，对小额信款机构的概念、性质及与其他商业银行的区别和联系进行了详细的描述。本文还介绍了小额信贷公司的运营模式，并对小额信贷公司的运营思路、主要特征和遇到的实际问题进行了客观详尽的描述，同时对今后可能的发展路径也进行了展望。最后，论文以上海潮石小额信贷公司为例，通过实例分析进一步论证了其经营模式的正确与否。本文通过对潮石信贷公司组建形式、经营模式等的分析论证，总结出小额信贷公司的经营发展思路和理论框架，并最终得出全文的结论。
[Abstract]:Solving the problems related to microfinance is international, universal and extremely challenging. The development of microfinance in China has been slow for a long time. Therefore, it is very urgent to study its business model and development environment as soon as possible. The researchers concerned should pay enough attention to the sustainable development of this new thing. This paper first introduces the concept scope, industry characteristics and main functions of microfinance, and analyzes the development trend and evolution process of microfinance institutions at home and abroad. The main practices of successful microfinance institutions abroad provide a good reference for the start and development of relevant institutions in China. Further, this paper describes the financial system reform of the government and the requirements of supporting the development of agriculture, rural areas and farmers. This paper also introduces the background of the establishment of micro-credit company, at the same time, describes the concept, nature of micro-credit organization and the difference and connection with other commercial banks in detail. This paper also introduces the operation mode of micro-credit company. At the same time, the author gives an objective and detailed description of the operation ideas, main characteristics and practical problems encountered by the microfinance company, and also looks forward to the possible development path in the future. Finally, as an example, the paper further demonstrates the correctness of its business model through the analysis of examples. This paper analyzes and demonstrates the form of establishment and management model of Chaoshi Credit Company, etc. This paper summarizes the ideas and theoretical framework of microfinance company's management and development, and finally draws the conclusion of the full text.
