金谷信托的发展战略

【摘要】:信托业其本质是一种受人之托代人理财的财产管理制度。虽然,信托业在我国从改革开放后开始发展,但目前,银行、证券、信托以及保险被誉为现代金融业的四大支柱。 自2007年,信托业管理的资产规模开始急剧增长。2007年底信托业管理的资产规模为3600多亿元,而到2012年底,信托规模已达7.74万亿,规模上超过保险业,仅次于银行业。 我国的信托业从区区的3600亿到7.74万亿只用了5年时间。但是高速发展的信托业还存在以下两个问题:一是没有核心业务,没有核心竞争力,以贷款型的信托产品为主,更多的是银行的一个补充;二是相比较银行星罗密布的网点、保险公司为数众多的销售团队,信托公司缺乏自己的销售渠道。 金谷信托作为信达资产的子公司,在资源获取方面以及不良资产处置方面具有一定的优势。但是,金谷信托公司目前的业务主要是资金信托业务、财产信托业务等。金谷信托的进一步发展,不能单单依靠贷款类的信托作为核心义务,必须要进行战略上的调整,需要进行金融创新,走出属于自己的发展道路。 本文通过SWOT分析法对金谷信托发展的内外部环境进行分析和总结,就金谷信托在加强产品结构性的创新、加快自身渠道的建立、专业化服务等发展方向做出了一系列的探索,在此基础上提出了金谷信托的发展战略、竞争战略,并提出了加快自身渠道的建立、信托公司专业化、加强与金融同业的合作关系、加强内部控制等实施手段。
[Abstract]:The nature of trust industry is a kind of property management system.Although the trust industry began to develop after the reform and opening up in China, at present, banks, securities, trusts and insurance are regarded as the four pillars of the modern financial industry.Since 2007, the size of assets managed by the trust industry has increased sharply. At the end of 2007, the trust industry had assets of more than 360 billion yuan. By the end of 2012, trust size had reached 7.74 trillion, surpassing that of the insurance industry, second only to the banking industry.Our trust industry took only five years from 360 billion to 7.74 trillion.However, there are still two problems in the rapidly developing trust industry: one is that there is no core business, there is no core competitiveness, most of which are based on loan-based trust products, and the other is more of a supplement to the bank; the other is the comparison of the bank's dense network.Insurance companies a large number of sales teams, trust companies lack their own sales channels.As a subsidiary of Cinda assets, Jingu Trust has some advantages in resource acquisition and disposal of non-performing assets.However, Golden Valley Trust Company's current business is mainly funds trust business, property trust business and so on.The further development of Jingu Trust can not only depend on the trust of loan as the core obligation, but also must carry on the strategic adjustment, need to carry on the financial innovation, and walk out its own development path.This paper analyzes and summarizes the internal and external environment of the development of Jingu Trust through SWOT analysis, and makes a series of explorations on the development direction of Jingu Trust in strengthening the innovation of product structure, speeding up the establishment of its own channels, and specialized service, etc.On this basis, this paper puts forward the development strategy and competition strategy of Jingu Trust, and puts forward some implementing measures such as speeding up the establishment of its own channels, professionalizing the trust company, strengthening the cooperative relationship with the financial industry and strengthening the internal control.
