关于天津产权交易中心功能完善的研究

【摘要】:较之西方资本市场体系,中国的产权交易和产权交易市场更直接、更具体地参与到了经济结构布局、产业结构调整、企业并购重组、国企规范改制等市场行为当中,形成了全球独特的直接以产权交易市场面孔出现的类似二、三板市场。尽管现有制度还有许多地方需要完善,但产权交易市场已经在制度创新和完善过程中找到了发展方向,拓展了发展路径。 天津的产权交易中心自1994年开始培育,伴随中国产权市场发展,从无到有,从小到大,现在已从要素市场逐步融入多元、多层次的资本市场。纵观天津产权交易中心的发展,可以看到它反映了经济体制改革的阶段性进展。经过多年的探索发展,天津产权交易中心功能、地位逐步明确,在推进国有企业改革、促进资源优化配置等方面发挥着积极作用,越来越受到社会各界的关注,它的发展引领着产权交易市场进一步的发展方向。 本文主要运用定性、定量和图表分析法,对产权交易理论、中国产权交易市场现状和天津产权交易中心发展进行了细致的剖析与论证。提出目前中国产权交易市场存在的问题,而天津产权交易市场的发展为解决中国产权交易市场发展问题提供了理论和实践借鉴。天津产权交易市场是中国产权交易市场不可或缺的重要组成部分。
[Abstract]:Compared with the western capital market systems, China's property rights transactions and property rights trading markets are more directly and more concretely involved in market behaviors such as economic structure layout, industrial structure adjustment, enterprise merger and acquisition and reorganization, and the standardization and restructuring of state-owned enterprises. The formation of a unique global market directly in the face of equity transactions similar to the second, three-board market. Although the existing system still needs to be improved, the property right transaction market has found the direction of development and expanded the development path in the process of institutional innovation and perfection. The property right trading center of Tianjin has been cultivated since 1994, and with the development of China's property market, it has developed from nothing to existence and from small to large. Now it has gradually merged into the diversified and multi-level capital market from the factor market. Looking at the development of Tianjin property right transaction Center, we can see that it reflects the stage progress of economic system reform. After many years of exploration and development, the function and status of Tianjin property right transaction Center has gradually become clear. It has played an active role in promoting the reform of state-owned enterprises and promoting the optimal allocation of resources, and has attracted more and more attention from all walks of life in the society. Its development leads the further development direction of the property right transaction market. In this paper, qualitative, quantitative and graphic analysis are used to analyze and demonstrate the theory of property right transaction, the present situation of Chinese property right trading market and the development of Tianjin property right transaction center. The problems existing in China's property right trading market are put forward, and the development of Tianjin property right transaction market provides theoretical and practical reference for solving the problem of Chinese property right transaction market development. Tianjin property exchange market is an indispensable part of China's property exchange market.
