【摘要】:本文的研究目的在于结合兴龙地产市场竞争环境及其自身特点,解析兴龙地产人力资源所处的市场处境、竞争态势、分析把握潜在市场机遇,,为制订具体的人力资源发展战略提供依据。根据论文特点,本文采取调查研究和资料分析、定性分析与定量分析、理论分析与实证分析相结合的研究方法。 首先,通过对兴龙地产人力资源战略环境的内、外部的分析,较为深入的剖析了兴龙地产人力资源战略实施的各种影响因素,通过VRIO分析模型和SNELL框架分析模型,全方位的分析了兴龙地产人力资源现状,有助于企业发现人力资源管理中存在的问题,为人力资源战略的设计打下了良好的基础。 其次,按照人力资源管理战略的相关理论,分析了兴龙地产的企业发展战略,结合企业战略,运用SWOT分析工具,对兴龙地产人力资源的优劣势、机会和威胁进行了分析;在此基础上对公司的战略进行了组合分析并提出了兴龙地产人力资源管理战略的选择方向、目标和具体内容;同时结合公司现有人力资源状况,对兴龙地产人力资源需求供给进行定量预测和规划。 最后,根据对兴龙地产人力资源战略规划目标的理解,从组织结构优化规划、人才招聘、人力资源培训、人力资源薪酬、人力资源绩效考核等几个方面为兴龙地产提出了具体实施的合理化建议;此外,提出了人力资源战略规划实施的保障措施,如建立切合实际的人力资源战略规划、建立公平的薪酬制度、建立良好的内部沟通、协作、提供足够的财务资金支持与技术保障、畅通员工职业生涯发展通道等。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study is to analyze the market situation of Hsing long real estate market and its own characteristics, analyze the market situation and competition situation of Hsin long real estate human resources, analyze and grasp the potential market opportunities, and provide the basis for formulating specific human resource development strategy. According to the characteristics of the paper, this paper adopts the investigation and data analysis, and qualitative analysis. Analysis and quantitative analysis, theoretical analysis and empirical analysis combined research methods.
First of all, through the internal and external analysis of the strategic environment of Hsin long real estate human resources, the influence factors of the implementation of Hsin long real estate human resource strategy are thoroughly analyzed. Through the VRIO analysis model and the SNELL framework analysis model, the present situation of Hsin long real estate human resources is analyzed in all directions, which will help the enterprise to find the human resource management. The existing problems lay a good foundation for the design of human resources strategy.
Secondly, according to the related theories of human resource management strategy, this paper analyzes the enterprise development strategy of Xinglong real estate, combined with the enterprise strategy and using SWOT analysis tools to analyze the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of hxing long real estate human resources, and on this basis, the strategy of the company is combined and analyzed and the human capital of Xing Long real estate is put forward. The selection direction, target and specific content of the source management strategy, and the quantitative prediction and planning of the human resource demand supply of Xinglong real estate by combining the existing human resources status of the company.
Finally, according to the understanding of the strategic planning target of Hsin long real estate human resources, this paper puts forward the concrete proposals for the implementation of the concrete implementation of the real estate from the aspects of organizational structure optimization, recruitment, human resources training, human resources compensation and human resources performance assessment. In addition, it puts forward the guarantee of the implementation of the strategic planning of human resources. Measures, such as establishing a practical strategic planning of human resources, establishing a fair salary system, establishing good internal communication, cooperation, providing adequate financial support and technical support, and unimpeding the career development path of employees.
