A行中小企业“信贷工厂”授信模式研究

【摘要】:随着市场竞争的日益激烈,大力发展中小企业信贷业务成为商业银行应对金融形势变化的战略选择。国内多家商业银行纷纷从海外引入“信贷工厂”授信模式,并加以改进适应,积极开展新模式下的中小企业信贷业务,以期扩大自身在中小企业信贷市场的份额,提高经济效益。A行为某大型商业银行的湖南分行,于2009年开始复制并推广这一授信模式。该模式运行至今,取得了一定成效,但也存在一些问题。 本文通过案例分析、比较研究等方法,运用银行再造、信息不对称、和商业银行信贷风险管理理论,分析A行中小企业“信贷工厂”授信模式的现状,肯定该模式创造的效益,对多个典型案例进行了分析,并将其与其他商业银行的“信贷工厂”授信模式对比,进而发现A行“信贷工厂”授信模式存在一些问题:专业化程度不高,营销体系不完善,风险管理水平有待提高,产品竞争力不强,信用贷款比重低。在以上分析的基础上,本文提出了相应的对策建议,旨在探索出A行实现中小企业信贷业务健康快速发展的现实路径,并力争给其他商业银行发展中小企业信贷业务提供一定的参考。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly fierce competition in the market, it becomes a strategic choice for commercial banks to deal with the changes of the financial situation by vigorously developing the credit business of small and medium-sized enterprises. Many domestic commercial banks have introduced the credit mode of "credit factory" from overseas, improved and adapted it, and actively carried out the credit business of small and medium-sized enterprises under the new mode, in order to expand their share in the credit market of small and medium-sized enterprises. In 2009, Hunan branch of a large commercial bank began to replicate and popularize this credit model. So far, the model has achieved some results, but there are also some problems. By means of case study, comparative study and using the theory of bank reengineering, information asymmetry, and commercial bank credit risk management, this paper analyzes the present situation of "credit factory" credit mode of bank A medium and small enterprises, and affirms the benefits created by this model. This paper analyzes several typical cases and compares them with other commercial banks' credit mode of "credit factory", and then finds out that there are some problems in "credit factory" credit mode of Bank A: the degree of specialization is not high, and the marketing system is not perfect. Risk management level needs to be improved, product competitiveness is not strong, credit loan proportion is low. On the basis of the above analysis, this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions in order to explore the realistic path to realize the healthy and rapid development of the credit business of small and medium-sized enterprises. And strive to other commercial banks to develop small and medium-sized credit business to provide certain reference.
