【摘要】：正一、引言随着社会经济的发展,上市公司在市场经济中的主导作用日益凸显,上市公司经济状况也越来越关系到我国经济发展的走势,如何对上市公司的财务状况进行科学分析和综合评价成为我国证券管理机构和投资者关注的焦点。由于主成分分析法不仅能够简化指标结构,浓缩信息,使主要信息突出,而且在处理多维、相关变量空间时能够消除评价指标间的相关影响和根据各项指标值的变异程度来确定权数、避免人为因素带来的偏差等优越性,因而在现
[Abstract]:First, with the development of social economy, the dominant role of listed companies in the market economy is becoming increasingly prominent, and the economic situation of listed companies is more and more related to the trend of economic development in China. How to carry on the scientific analysis and the comprehensive appraisal to the listed company's financial condition becomes the focal point which our country securities management organization and the investor pays close attention to. As principal component analysis not only simplifies the index structure, condenses the information, makes the main information prominent, but also deals with multi-dimensional. The correlation influence between evaluation indexes can be eliminated and the weights can be determined according to the degree of variation of each index value, and the deviation caused by human factors can be avoided in the relevant variable space.
