国内外众筹发展的对比分析

【摘要】：众筹作为全新的融资模式在我国尚处于起步阶段,仍处在探索和完善的过程中。在国外,众筹融资模式已有相当规模,处于快速发展阶段。本文以Kickstarter平台为例,分析美国众筹融资发展的现状,对其项目发起流程和平台运营模式进行深度解析,并与国内各类众筹平台进行对比分析,旨在学习、借鉴国外众筹企业的运营模式,促进我国众筹行业进一步发展。
[Abstract]:As a new financing mode, crowdfunding is still in the process of exploration and perfection. Abroad, crowdfunding model has a considerable scale, in the rapid development stage. Taking the Kickstarter platform as an example, this paper analyzes the current situation of the development of crowdfunding in the United States, analyzes the process of project initiation and the operation mode of the platform in depth, and makes a comparative analysis with all kinds of crowdfunding platforms in China in order to learn. Learn from the operation mode of foreign crowdfunding enterprises, promote the further development of China's crowdfunding industry.
