【摘要】:随着经济全球化和金融一体化的快速发展,世界各个国家和地区金融危机不断爆发;特别是由美国“次贷危机”引发的金融危机已席卷全球,国内外宏观经济与金融态势发生了较大的变化。我国商业银行只有切实提高自身风险识别以及管控能力才能在激烈的竞争中立于不败之地,而客户经理信贷分析是商业银行把控风险的第一道门槛。本文正是基于以上认识,选择以客户经理信贷分析为切入点展开论述。 A银行泰安分行的最大风险来自于其在经营过程中的不良贷款;有效防范和控制不良贷款的发生是该行的首要研究课题。客户经理作为该行信贷风险把控的第一人,是最关键的因素。本论文运用比较分析法、归纳分析法、实证分析与规范分析相结合分析法研究了A银行泰安分行客户经理信贷分析的现状、存在的问题及原因,并提出了相应的优化措施。通过对A银行泰安分行客户经理信贷分析提出相应的优化措施,以期能够对该行风险管控和信贷业务的良性发展做出贡献。 结论:立足于现实;通过优化A银行泰安分行客户经理信贷分析的方法,,并完善与客户经理信贷分析相关的制度建设;是A银行泰安分行提升客户经理信贷分析水平,并进一步促进信贷业务良性发展的关键。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economic globalization and financial integration, the financial crisis in various countries and regions of the world is constantly breaking out, especially the financial crisis caused by the "subprime mortgage crisis" in the United States, which has swept the world. Great changes have taken place in the macroeconomic and financial situation at home and abroad. Only by improving the ability of risk identification and control can the commercial banks in our country be invincible in the fierce competition, and the credit analysis of the customer manager is the first threshold for the commercial banks to control the risks. Based on the above understanding, this paper chooses the customer manager credit analysis as the starting point to discuss. The biggest risk of Tai'an Branch of Bank A comes from its non-performing loans in the course of operation. Effective prevention and control of the occurrence of non-performing loans is the bank's primary research topic. Account manager as the bank's credit risk control of the first person, is the most critical factor. This paper uses comparative analysis, inductive analysis, empirical analysis and normative analysis to study the present situation, existing problems and reasons of credit analysis of customer manager in Tai'an Branch of Bank A, and puts forward corresponding optimization measures. Through the credit analysis of the customer manager in Taian Branch of Bank A, the author puts forward the corresponding optimization measures in order to contribute to the risk control and the benign development of the bank's credit business. Conclusion: based on the reality; By optimizing the method of credit analysis of customer manager of Bank A Tai'an Branch and perfecting the system construction related to the credit analysis of customer manager, it is the Tai'an Branch of Bank A that promotes the level of credit analysis of customer manager. And further promote the key of benign development of credit business.
