基于十八届三中全会精神分析南昌市房地产未来发展

【摘要】：在中央大力推进城镇化建设的背景下,南昌市房地产市场实现了较快发展。与此同时,商品房价格出现了较大波动。结合十八届三中全会前后中央出台的相关政策以及近十年来全国房地产市场与南昌市房地产市场发展的横向比较,分析了南昌市近年房地产市场偏热的原因及解决办法,并对其未来发展提出合理化政策建议。
[Abstract]:In the context of the central government's efforts to promote urbanization, Nanchang real estate market has achieved rapid development. At the same time, commodity housing prices have shown greater fluctuations. Combined with the relevant policies issued by the Central Committee before and after the third Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee and the horizontal comparison between the real estate market in the whole country and the real estate market in Nanchang in the past ten years, this paper analyzes the reasons and solutions for the hot real estate market in Nanchang in recent years. And put forward rationalization policy suggestion to its future development.
