珠江三角洲地区物流产业与城市群竞争力关系研究

【摘要】:在过去的几十年里,珠江三角洲地区城市群物流产业抓住机遇,利用自身的地缘及文化优势,依托港澳,背靠内地,获得了空前的发展。国家“十二五”规划中,对珠江三角洲地区城市群的发展提出了更高的要求。城市群的发展的根本在于提高其产业的竞争力,但是目前珠江三角洲地区城市群的发展已经面临包括环境、人口等众多问题的挑战,且已经成为区域发展的制约因素或瓶颈。因此,有必要另辟蹊径,将城市群内外的各类资源进行有效的再调配和再整合,以为我所用,提升城市群的整体竞争力,实现地区在2020年率先实现现代化的宏伟目标。而物流在这一方面具有得天独厚的优势,开展物流业与城市群竞争力关系的研究,是当前这一区域加快转型升级,提升竞争力的重大理论和现实的课题。 本文正是基于以上观点,在对国内外进行大量文献研究和实地调研的基础上,,针对珠江三角洲地区城市群的过去、现状和未来,把物流产业与城市群竞争力结合起来进行综合实证研究。借助于建立相关理论框架体系,把脉城市群的发展脉络。本文主要做的工作和贡献在于整合了物流产业与城市群竞争力的相关理论和最新成果。然后在此基础上,对珠江三角洲地区城市群的物流产业及城市群各城市竞争力等问题进行了系统性的分析,拓宽了城市群管理者的创新思路和视野。具体而言,表现在以下几个方面: (1)论文对物流产业和城市群及其城市竞争力的概念、内涵和作用机理。物流产业与城市群发展的关系等做了全新的阐述和定义。 (2)论文回顾了珠江三角洲地区城市群的发展历程之后,构建了珠江三角洲地区城市群竞争指标体系,通过因子分析,对珠江三角洲地区城市群竞争力进行了分类排名和综合排名分析,找出该地区竞争力存在的问题。 (3)论文回顾了珠江三角洲地区城市群物流产业的现状之后,构建了珠江三角洲地区城市群物流产业指标体系,通过因子分析,对珠江三角洲地区物流产业进行了优劣势分析。 (4)论文运用灰色关联度分析方法,通过构建珠江三角洲地区城市群物流产业与城市群竞争力指标体系,对该地区城市群物流产业与城市群竞争力进行了关联分析,并研究了珠江三角洲地区城市群竞争力与物流产业的关系。 (5)论文在上述分析的基础上,提出了基于珠江三角洲地区城市群竞争力的物流业发展对策。包括:物流产业发展战略、发展定位、发展方向、发展建议等。 综上所述,本论文的研究结论或研究成果对于城市群政府和城市群物流业实现良好的互动有莫大的实践意义和理论价值。即有利于把握物流产业发展过程中的规律,提升城市群竞争力,从而改善人民群众的生活水平,实现“幸福广东”的战略目标,实现珠江三角洲地区城市群在全国率先的现代化。
[Abstract]:In the past few decades, the logistics industry of urban agglomeration in the Pearl River Delta region has gained unprecedented development by taking advantage of its geographical and cultural advantages, relying on Hong Kong and Macao, and relying on the mainland. The development of the urban agglomeration in the Pearl River Delta region has been put forward higher requirements in the 12th five-year Plan. The development of urban agglomeration lies in improving the competitiveness of its industry. However, the development of urban agglomeration in the Pearl River Delta region has been faced with many challenges, such as environment, population and so on, and has become a restrictive factor or bottleneck of regional development. Therefore, it is necessary to find a new way to effectively redeploy and reintegrate all kinds of resources inside and outside the urban agglomeration in order to promote the overall competitiveness of the urban agglomeration and realize the grand goal of modernization in 2020. Logistics has a unique advantage in this aspect. It is an important theoretical and practical task to develop the relationship between logistics industry and the competitiveness of urban agglomeration. Based on the above viewpoints, this paper aims at the past, present and future of the urban agglomeration in the Pearl River Delta region on the basis of a large number of literature research and field research at home and abroad. Combining the logistics industry and the competitiveness of urban agglomeration to conduct a comprehensive empirical study. With the help of the establishment of relevant theoretical framework system, the vein of the development of urban agglomeration. The main contribution of this paper lies in the integration of logistics industry and urban agglomeration competitiveness theory and the latest results. On this basis, the logistics industry of the urban agglomeration in the Pearl River Delta region and the competitiveness of the cities in the urban agglomeration are systematically analyzed, which broadens the innovative ideas and horizons of the urban agglomeration managers. In particular, it is shown in the following aspects: (1) the concept, connotation and mechanism of logistics industry, urban agglomeration and its urban competitiveness. The relationship between logistics industry and the development of urban agglomeration is expounded and defined. (2) after reviewing the development course of the urban agglomeration in the Pearl River Delta region, the paper constructs the competition index system of the urban agglomeration in the Pearl River Delta region. Through factor analysis, the competitiveness of urban agglomeration in the Pearl River Delta region is classified and ranked. After reviewing the current situation of logistics industry in the Pearl River Delta region, the paper constructs the index system of logistics industry in the Pearl River Delta region, and analyzes the factors of the logistics industry of the urban agglomeration in the Pearl River Delta region. The advantages and disadvantages of the logistics industry in the Pearl River Delta region are analyzed. (4) the paper uses the grey relational analysis method to construct the index system of the logistics industry and the competitiveness of the urban agglomeration in the Pearl River Delta region. This paper analyzes the relationship between the logistics industry of the urban agglomeration and the competitiveness of the urban agglomeration, and studies the relationship between the competitiveness of the urban agglomeration and the logistics industry in the Pearl River Delta region. (5) on the basis of the above analysis, The development countermeasures of logistics industry based on the competitiveness of urban agglomeration in the Pearl River Delta region are put forward. Including: logistics industry development strategy, development orientation, development direction, development suggestions. To sum up, the research conclusions or results of this paper have great practical significance and theoretical value for the realization of good interaction between the government of urban agglomeration and the logistics industry of urban agglomeration. That is, it is beneficial to grasp the law in the development of logistics industry, promote the competitiveness of urban agglomeration, improve the people's living standard, and realize the strategic goal of "happy Guangdong". To achieve the Pearl River Delta region urban agglomeration in the first modernization of the country.
