我国利用住房公积金余额建设保障性住房风险控制研究

【摘要】:使用住房公积金余额投资建设保障性住房,可以有效缓解我国保障房建设资金压力,增加住房公积金增值收益,达到共赢的结果。但是,在资金使用过程中,可能会发生各种风险,影响制度的运行。文章分析了在制度运行的各阶段可能出现的风险,并针对性地提出了控制措施,可以有效降低住房公积金资金风险,保证利用住房公积金余额建设保障性住房制度的顺利运行。
[Abstract]:Using the balance of the housing accumulation fund to invest in the construction of the indemnificatory housing can effectively relieve the pressure on the construction fund of indemnificatory apartment in our country, increase the value-added income of the housing accumulation fund, and achieve the result of win-win. However, in the use of funds, there may be a variety of risks, affecting the operation of the system. This paper analyzes the possible risks in each stage of system operation, and puts forward some control measures, which can effectively reduce the capital risk of housing accumulation fund and ensure the smooth operation of the indemnificatory housing system by using the balance of housing accumulation fund.
