对当前房地产调整性质的认识

【摘要】:2014年以来,我国房地产市场迅速转冷,形成快速下滑走势,1—4月份商品房销售面积同比下降6.9%。这次调整的性质明显不同于以往的几次调整,是经济发展新常态下的调整,是由房地产发展阶段转变引起的调整,是长期因素和短期因素叠加作用引起的调整,是长期上升过程中的一次较大级别调整。这次房地产市场调整的幅度估计会较大,调整的时间也会较长。
[Abstract]:Since 2014, China's real estate market has quickly turned cold, forming a rapid downward trend in January to April sales of commercial housing area fell 6.9 kyung year on year. The nature of this adjustment is obviously different from the previous several adjustments. It is an adjustment under the new normal state of economic development, an adjustment caused by the transformation of the stage of real estate development, and an adjustment caused by the superposition of long-term and short-term factors. Is a long-term rise in the process of a larger level of adjustment. The real estate market adjustment is expected to be large, adjustment time will be longer.
