科学发展观视域下中国证券市场信息不对称问题及对策研究

【摘要】：改革开放30余年来，我国不仅在经济建设上取得了令世界瞩目的成绩，经济建设的过程中资本市场的快速发展和完善也是令我们非常自豪的成绩，但是证券市场的发展也要符合一般事物发展的客观规律，在发展的过程中必然会产生反复和倒退，在此过程中证券市场的信息不对称问题成为一个焦点问题，由此衍生而来的内部交易和关联交易问题极大地阻碍的中国证券市场的发展，严重损害了中小投资者的利益，不符合全面可持续的发展目标。因此，证券市场要想实现全面持续的发展，必须严格恪守科学发展观的要求，将证券市场信息不对称的问题解决，才能使证券市场真正繁荣，从而推动国民经济更好更快地发展。具体而言，本文从以下几个部分进行论述：首先，对于科学发展观和证券信息公开的概念进行了辨析和研究，明确了需要解决问题的对象；其次，对中国证券市场信息不对称的原因和现状进行了深刻的剖析，，为解决问题奠定了坚实的基础；最后，用科学发展观的思想推导出解决证券信息不对称的具体方法。
[Abstract]:After more than 30 years of reform and opening up, China has not only made remarkable achievements in economic construction, but also made us proud of the rapid development and improvement of the capital market in the process of economic construction. However, the development of the securities market should also conform to the objective law of the development of general things. In the process of development, there will inevitably be repeated and retrogression. In this process, the problem of information asymmetry in the securities market has become a focus issue. The problems of internal transaction and related party transaction, which greatly hinder the development of China's securities market, have seriously damaged the interests of small and medium-sized investors and are not in line with the goal of comprehensive sustainable development. Therefore, if the securities market wants to achieve comprehensive and sustainable development, it must strictly abide by the requirements of the scientific concept of development and solve the problem of asymmetric information in the securities market, in order to make the securities market truly prosperous. So as to promote the national economy better and faster development. Specifically, this paper discusses the following parts: firstly, the concept of scientific development concept and securities information disclosure are analyzed and studied, and the object that needs to be solved is identified. This paper makes a deep analysis of the reasons and present situation of information asymmetry in China's securities market, which lays a solid foundation for solving the problem. Finally, the concrete methods to solve the asymmetry of securities information are deduced with the idea of scientific development view.
