新制度经济学视角下的苏联经济史——对我国政治经济体制改革的启示
This new institutional economics perspective through the economic history of the Soviet Union were reviewed and analyzed with research,especially the use of North's theory of institutional change rigid patterns of Stalin led the Soviet national economy,the low performance of analysis and appraisal of historicism,to reveal the institutional change and institutional innovation on economic performance and the important role of economic growth.It also confirmed from another angle,that three decades of reform and opening up of China and a series of institutional changes in her positive role in promoting economic development.I hope that through the history of the Soviet system of economic development analysis,in order to inspire the current political and economic reform has been in China.In China's reform and institutional change in the course of the market mechanism should play an active role in the superiority of the socialist system.In the context of the continuous reform and innovation in the political and economic systems,China will promote the sustained and healthy development.
