【摘要】：随着国内产能出现过剩,经济呈现下滑的趋势,国外欧洲等各国出现债务危机,面对国内国外的双重严峻情形下,我国结合历史和当前情形,提出了"一带一路"的战略部署,来加强我国的发展,增进国际合作。然而中国和南亚的发展也将随之而来增加了更多的合作机会,面对各种挑战,中国和南亚的合作能否得到更进一步的发展,一带一路的构想是机遇还是挑战,还需时间和历史的检验。本文以要素禀赋为出发点,从政治、经济、文化的角度分析中国-南亚的合作的机会和挑战,并为我国发展过程中提出相关对策和建议。
[Abstract]:With the domestic capacity surplus, economic downward trend, foreign countries such as European debt crisis, the grim situation facing the double at home and abroad, combined with our history and current situation, put forward the "strategic deployment of The Belt and Road", to strengthen the development of our country, promote international cooperation. However, the development of Chinese and South Asia will follow more cooperation opportunities, facing various challenges, Chinese and South Asia cooperation can get further development, the idea The Belt and Road is an opportunity or a challenge, need the test of time and history. Starting from the factor endowments, this paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges of China South Asia cooperation from the perspective of politics, economy and culture, and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions for the development of China.
