【摘要】：文化,广义地说,指的是人类在社会历史发展过程中所创造的物质和精神财富的总和。它包括物质、制度和精神文化三个方面。从狭义上讲,文化特指意识形态所创造的精神财富,是凝结在物质之中又游离于物质之外,能够被传承的宗教、信仰、风俗习惯、学术思想、道德情操、科学技术、文学艺术、各种制度等。随着社会的发展,文化现代化成为现代化的重要组成部分,是国家现代化的核心要素,也是现代化研究的一个重要分支。中国文化现代化是一种继承与创新的先进文化,即对传统文化有批判地继承,并过滤掉不合理、不利于国家发展的文化,以及结合当下的具体情况,吸纳一切优良的外来文化进行创新。它是在马克思主义哲学的社会主义条件下发展起来的,因为和谐社会在唯物史观中被看成普遍永恒的重要范畴,即和谐社会的发展具有连续性,认为一个社会要实现可持续发展的目标,其社会各领域必须是处于相互协调的和谐状态。而马克思主义哲学与中国文化现代化的实际结合是赋予人们在具有中国特色的马克思主义哲学熏陶下,能够认清祖国的前途和未来。因此,我们可以认识到文化软实力的提升是一种与现代化生活相适应的思维方式,其本质内涵就是要改变与当今时代不相适应的社会精神气质和文化传统的现代化过程,并使其符合现代社会的时代潮流。今天全球化背景下,我国传统文化的价值内涵应进行现代性改造,使文化价值尺度达到新时代的标准。因此,传统文化当中的文化价值体系能真正实现适应未来社会潮流的代表我国的先进文化,帮助人们形成正确的价值观,以实际行动表明我国社会和文化的进步,建设美丽中国,诠释具有深刻内涵的中华民族永续发展的“中国梦”。为贯彻落实党的十八大精神关于全面深化改革的战略部署,为推进党的文化建设提供有效路径和良好载体,我们必须紧紧围绕建设社会主义核心文化价值体系,将我国传统文化中一切有理论、有系统、有方法的知识体系与科学认识活动结合起来,发展先进文化和培育民族精神,建立与社会主义市场经济相适应,与中华民族传统美德相承接的文化现代化思想体系。立足新世纪,中国要实现文化的现代化,需要将现代化中最艰难的文化转型—文化现代化,在马克思主义哲学的引导下与中国具体国情相结合,辨证地把握中国文化现代化的特征,运用中国化的马克思主义哲学来指导文化现代化的历史实践,有助于我们对文化现代化本质的认识提升到一个更高的层次。本文除绪论和结语外,包括四个主要部分。第一部分,从理论角度概括了文化现代化是中国特色社会主义的重要组成部分,对当代我国社会主义制度进行综合分析,指出我国文化现代化发展的趋势。文化现代化的研究意义和表现是社会主义文化大发展大繁荣的基础,要正确认识和建设社会主义核心文化价值体系,首先应对文化现代化要有一个正确的认识,这是大前提。第二、三部分论述了马克思主义哲学对文化现代化的指导作用以及二者互动的现实基础,指出当前我国文化现代化建构的整体原则,即要以马克思主义哲学理论为指导,并继承我国传统文化精髓来建设中国特色社会主义。第四部分是文章的结尾,分析阐述了马克思主义哲学在推动中国特色社会主义文化现代化进步中面临的机遇、挑战及对策。中国作为社会主义国家,社会的空前变革虽有巨大飞跃,但我国社会主义制度建设还不完善,这就要求我们发展的同时积极借鉴世界发展变化中的合理性因素来完善自己,从而在国际竞争中取得优势地位。文章这一部分具体从政治、经济、文化三方面的机遇、挑战及对策对如何在社会主义文化现代化事业推进中科学借鉴世界发展的先进因素进行了论证与总结。鉴于此,本文从马克思主义哲学的角度展开,拟从对文化现代化定义的界定,通过总结探讨新时期中国文化现代化思想及其哲学基础的阐释入手来认识马克思主义哲学与文化现代化的关系,并分析近代以来我国文化现代化的发展趋向,以求对我国文化现代化建构作一些探讨。所以,追根溯源有必要首先对文化现代化在中国特色社会主义中的重要战略地位出发,从而才能进一步的展开论述。
