【摘要】:近年来中国在国际政治经济舞台上迅速成长壮大,世界经济的重心也随之不断向亚太地区转移,这为中国经济发展提供了广袤的发展空间,中国“制造”也开始向中国“智造”不断转型。伴随着这些变化越来越多的知名跨国公司也被吸引来华投资,在这样的时代背景下,BPO行业也开始在中国生根发芽,让中国的经济形势转入了新的发展纪元。作为一个正在爬升过程中的发展中国家,中国必须准确把握所有能够促进综合国力提升的机会,凭借中国人力资源成本相对低廉的优势,再加上国家出台相关的扶持政策和法律、设立BPO发展基地和产业园区,中国的BPO行业已然开始取代老牌欧美企业,在世界范围内迅速崛起了。论文主要针对GPT.cn公司目前存在的员工流失问题进行深入的研究,希望能够通过科学的分析和诊断为该企业制定出一套合理有效的员工流失改进方案,从而彻底解决企业的困惑。论文主题按照标准案例论文体例完成撰写,主要分为五个部分,包括:绪论、案例正文、案例分析、对策与建议和结论。文章首先从整体进行定位,阐述了论文的写作目的和意义、写作思路和方法,确定了论文的主要研究方向和参数;其次论文对GPT.cn公司及所在行业进行了介绍,同时使用了四个实际存在于GPT.cn公司的员工流失案例,进一步将GPT.cn公司员工流失问题进行呈现;第三部分是对以上案例进行分析,通过科学的运用MBA课程中学习到的知识和模型分别对GPT.cn公司的绩效管理方面、薪酬激励方面、职业生涯发展方面和企业文化方面进行分析,从而准确定位造成GPT.cn公司的员工流失的根本症结所在,也正是这些问题共同作用才导致了当前GPT.cn公司员工流失问题如此严重;论文第四部分是相应的建议与对策,作者针对第三章中发现的问题对症下药,从绩效、薪酬、职业发展、企业文化四个方面入手,建立和完善出一套切实可行的方案帮助GPT.cn公司彻底解决员工流失问题。论文在撰写过程中查阅了大量的人力资源管理书籍、文献资料和电子期刊,同时作者针对GPT.cn公司人力资源管理工作进行了实地调研,获得了最新的管理数据和信息,保证了论文撰写的准确性和真实性。同时论文中提出的建议与对策不仅适用于GPT.cn公司进行员工流失问题的解决,同时也可以为其他同行企业进行人事问题解决提供相应的帮助和参考。

The rapid rise of the study of this paper mainly aimed at the problems existing in GPT.cn company employee turnover, hope that through scientific analysis and diagnosis for the enterprises to develop a reasonable and effective employee turnover improvement scheme, so as to solve the puzzle.
