【摘要】:随着世界各地政治、经济、文化等方面的全球化进程不断发展,一系列全球化问题开始暴露出来。全球化问题的解决与跨文化领域的沟通,对未来年轻人具备的领导力要求越来越高。而高校是培养大学生领导力的重要场所。本研究对中美大学生领导力培养进行比较研究,主要目的是探究中、美两国各自的经验,促进我国大学生领导力培养领域进一步发展。.为此,本论文的基本研究内容包括:一、大学生领导力培养的理论基础。重点考察支撑大学生领导力培养的三大理论基础:大学生发展理论、大学生学习理论、大学生领导力理论,并特别考察了中国学者建构的"中国大学生领导力培养理论模式"。二、中美大学生领导力培养的历史发展比较。考察美属与中国关于领导力养发展变化的大事记、具体发展阶段划分与特点。三、中美大学生领导力培养的资源比较。围绕校园内外资源,尤其是领导力课程与课程辅助项目的选取,分析中美两国大学生领导力培养资源的有效性与实践形态,力求促进大学生领导力培养的资源优化配置。四、中美大学生领导力培养的策略比较。根据美、中大学生领导力的培训、教育和开发模式,比较和分析多种高绩效的领导力培养策略选择,比如体验学习、社会文化讨论、导师辅导、社区服务等。五、中美大学生领导力培养的管理制度比较。主要考察美、中大学生领导力培养的制度规定,重点剖析美、中两国在国家层面、高校层面以及学生领导力项目等层面的制度保障和该培养管理制度上的特色优势。本研究运用的研究方法主要有文献研究、质性研究、比较研究等。其中采用质性研究的深度访谈方法来获取中美领导力有效培养的第一手资料,并进行各自异同分析。历经2年零3个月共访谈了 76个人,得到了 21万字左右的深访资料。深访资料编码完成后,形成了有效的培养资源、培养策略、管理机构与制度等多项一级条目和二级条目。尤其是六篇具有代表性的访谈实录为本研究提供了较为有价值的实证资料。本研究的创新之处体现三个方面:一是研究视角的创新,对中美大学生领导力培养进行综合多方面的比较研究与分析;二是研究内容的创新,对中美两国大学生领导力培养的理论基础、发展历程、培养资源、培养策略、管理制度等进行多维度比较;三是用质性研究方法的深度访谈法获得了中美领导力培养的第一手资料,为大学生领导力培养的比较研究提供了新的研究框架和资料支撑。本研究的结论尝试揭示中美大学生领导力培养的异同,研究中美大学生领导力的培养历程、培养资源、培养策略、培养制度的核心指标与维度,揭示美国大学生领导力培养的成功经验与启示,并总结中国大学生领导力培养的经验与特色优势。为促进中国大学生领导力培养的专业化发展,本论文提出若干可供参考的政策性建议:一是学习与借鉴美国把领导力培养当作人才战略;二是拓展和整合大学生领导力培养资源;三是创新和优化大学生领导力培养策略;四是建立和完善大学生领导力培养制度;五是建构和宣传中国大学生领导力培养的特色与优势。
[Abstract]:With the world economic globalization, political, cultural and other aspects of the development of globalization, a series of problems began to be exposed. The issue of globalization and intercultural communication, for the future of young people with the leadership of the increasingly high demand. The university is an important place to cultivate college students' leadership. The study of Chinese and American college students leadership training a comparative study, the main purpose is to explore in the United States, their experiences, and promote China's student leadership training areas for further development. Therefore, the basic research contents of the thesis include: first, the theoretical basis of leadership cultivation of college students. Three basic theory focuses on the support of leadership cultivation of college students: student development theory, learning theory college students, leadership theory, and especially studies the cultivation of College Students' China leadership theory Chinese scholars construction " ". two, comparison of the historical development of Chinese and American college students leadership culture. The study on leadership and support the development of China change events, the specific development stage and characteristics. Three, comparison between Chinese and American college students leadership training resources. Around the campus resources, especially the selection of auxiliary project leadership courses and curriculum, analysis of American college students leadership training is effective and practical form of resources, optimize the allocation of resources to promote the cultivation of university students' leadership. Four, comparison between Chinese and American college students leadership training strategy. According to the college students, leadership training, education and development mode, comparison and analysis of different high performance leadership training strategies, such as experiential learning, social and cultural discussion. Mentoring, community service and so on. Five, comparison between Chinese and American college students leadership training management system. The main effects of beauty in the University The system provides students leadership training, focusing on beauty, the two countries at the national level, system security level and the university student leadership level and the training project management system characteristics and advantages. The research methods used in this study are mainly literature research, qualitative research, comparative study and so on. The depth interview method of qualitative the research of effective leadership training to get us the first hand data, and their similarities and differences. After 2 years and 3 months were interviewed 76 people, got 21 words about the depth interview data. Depth interview data encoding is completed, the formation of the training resources, effective training strategy, management mechanism and system etc. a number of entries and two entries. It provides valuable empirical data of six representative interviews for this study. The originality of the study lies in three aspects: one is The innovation of research perspective, the comparative study of Chinese and American college students leadership training and comprehensive analysis in many aspects; two is the innovation of research content, theoretical basis of American college students, leadership development, training resources, training strategy, management system for multi-dimensional comparison; three is to use qualitative research in-depth interviews the American leadership training method obtains the first-hand information, provides the research framework and data support for comparative study of leadership cultivation of college students. The conclusion of this study tries to reveal the similarities and differences between Chinese and American college students leadership training, training course of study of Chinese and American college students leadership training resources, training strategy, training core index and dimension system reveal, successful experiences and Revelations of American college student leadership training, and summed up the Chinese student leadership training experience and special advantage to promote. The professional development of college students in China leadership training, puts forward some policy recommendations for reference in this paper: one is to learn the leadership training as talent strategy; the two is to expand and integrate student leadership training resources; three is the strategy of cultivating the innovation and optimization of university student leadership; four is to establish and improve college students' leadership training five is the construction of publicity system; and the characteristics and advantages of Chinese student leadership training.
