【摘要】：改革开放以来,中国的各项事业在党政各级领导者和广大群众共同努力下硕果累累。当前形势下,改革已经进入到攻坚期和深水区,对具有中国特色的社会主义事业建设和党政各级领导者都是一项重要的考验,同时也是一个机遇。一方面,在当前时期条件下,科学技术和文化飞速发展,领导学理论和领导者的能力需要与时俱进得到提升。另一方面,我国古代出现过多次“盛世”的局面,这样的“盛世”与当时帝王的贤能是分不开的。领导科学的发展不仅仅需要依靠当代研究成果,同样也需要从历史中探寻和借鉴历史上有作为的领导者的思想和方法。因此,研究和学习康熙这样的古代帝王的治国理政思想,有助于当今领导学学科的建设,有助于领导者在从事领导工作的时候保证科学性。本论文对康熙治国理政思想和实践的基本内容做了列举,以举例的方式将康熙治国理政思想加以阐释,分析了康熙治国思想的历史地位和作用。研究成果对研究我国古代领导思想有相当的积极意义,对完善我国领导学理论体系和提高我国领导者的领导能力都有所帮助。本论文主要由绪论和正文三大部分组成,绪论部分阐述本论文的选题背景和研究意义,相关研究综述,研究方法、研究思路、研究内容和本论文的创新点。第一部分康熙治国理政思想和实践的基本内容,列举出康熙治国思想指导下的内容与表现,包括康熙治国时的民本思想、用人思想、决策思想和教化思想以及相关实践活动。第二部分阐述了康熙治国理政思想和实践对当时政治、经济、文化和社会发展的历史作用和意义。第三部分对康熙治国思想和实践进行评价并揭示对现代领导学学科建设和领导者从事领导工作的启示。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's various undertakings have been fruitful through the joint efforts of leaders at all levels of the party and government and the masses. Under the current situation, the reform has entered a period of attack and deep water areas. It is an important test and an opportunity for the socialist construction with Chinese characteristics and the leaders of the Party and government at all levels. On the one hand, under the current conditions, science and technology and culture are developing rapidly. The theory of leadership and the ability of leaders need to be improved with the times. On the other hand, there have been many "prosperous times" in ancient China. Such "prosperous times" are inseparable from the talents of emperors at that time. The development of leadership science depends not only on contemporary research results. It is also necessary to explore and draw lessons from the history of the thought and method of the leaders who have done in history. Therefore, it is helpful to the construction of the discipline of leadership to study and study the thoughts of the ancient emperor such as Kangxi. This paper enumerates the basic contents of Kangxi's thought and practice of governing the country, and explains the thought of running the country by way of examples. This paper analyzes the historical status and function of Kangxi's thought of governing the country. This paper mainly consists of the introduction and the main body of three parts. The introduction part describes the background and significance of this paper. Related research review, research methods, research ideas, research content and innovative points of this paper. The first part of Kangxi governance thought and practice of the basic content, listed under the guidance of Kangxi governance thought content and performance. The second part expounds Kangxi's thought and practice of governing the country at that time, including the thought of people, the thought of employing people, the thought of decision-making and the thought of enlightenment, and the related practical activities. The second part expounds the influence of the thought and practice of Kangxi on the politics and economy of that time. The third part evaluates Kangxi's thought and practice of governing the country and reveals the enlightenment to the discipline construction of modern leadership and the leader's leading work.
