【摘要】:铁路选线设计需要从技术经济、工程地质、施工难度以及区域政治经济需求等方面比较研究有价值的线路方案并确定推荐方案。然而,现阶段线路方案对周边区域社会经济的影响尚不能完全定量表示。研究表明,可达性是交通工具影响区域社会经济发展的主要表现。基于此,本文以川藏铁路为例,为定量评价各方案(经昌都方案、沿G318方案)在提高区域可达性方面的价值,开展了以下研究。(1)选取沿线8个地级行政单位作为研究区域,将其划分为1 158个研究单元,用熵权法得了到各研究单元的综合规模。(2)以国内已开通铁路为案例,运用回归模型得到旅行时分与走行距离的关系,确定了研究线路各车站间最短旅行时分。(3)根据相关资料,并基于海拔高度、道路展线对研究的影响以及GIS成本距离工具运算特点,确定了研究区域各条段道路的速度。(4)将高速公路设置缓冲区,使其仅能在出入口处与周边发生联系;对不同海拔高度、不同速度、不同纵向坡度的道路路段设置了相应的通行时间成本,制作了成本栅格数据集。(5)运用GIS栅格算法,通过对车站所在栅格精准赋值,得到了不同方案对应的中心城市时间可达性扩散图及差异图。基于可达性评价指标,评价铁路方案对区域的影响,得出了结论。经计算比较,经昌都方案可以更好地实现中心城市对周边区域的辐射带动作用,有利于统筹城乡发展、区域发展;从各中心城市的自身发展来看,除康定外,经昌都方案对其他各城市的发展均更有利,定量比较后,推荐实施经昌都方案。以GIS为工具,从可达性的角度出发,定量评价铁路方案的优劣,提高了铁路线路方案比选的科学性。铁路能力的发挥一方面受自身条件限制,另一方面也会受到路网内其他铁路的影响,同时还会受到如道路等其他交通方式的影响,构建现代综合交通运输体系意义重大。铁路建设与区域发展相互影响、彼此促进。
[Abstract]:Design of railway lines from technology and economy, engineering geology, construction difficulty and regional political and economic aspects of a comparative study of line scheme has value and determine the recommended program. Based on the assessment of regional railway scheme, and draws a conclusion. Through calculation and comparison, the Changdu program can better achieve the city center on the surrounding areas of radiation, favorable In the urban and rural development, regional development; from the center of the city's own development, in addition to Kangding, the Changdu development of the city's other programs are more favorable, quantitative comparison, recommended by the Changdu plan. Taking GIS as a tool, starting from the angle of accessibility of the merits of quantitative evaluation of railway project, improve the railway line scheme is selected.
