【摘要】：正应当说,"单位"研究是一个承受多重内涵且略为沉重的学术话题,也是一个紧扣时代脉络的中国社会转型的真实缩影。事实上,"单位制度"作为现代中国社会转型进程中的一个特定的组织形态,已经走过了近50多年的历程。无疑,"单位制度"并不是一般性的组织和制度结构,而是中国在走向现代化进程中所建立的具有总体性的组织和制度结构,它真切地反映了自新中国成立以来的政治、经济、文化、社会乃至于它们的运行
[Abstract]:It should be said that the study of "unit" is an academic topic which bears many connotations and is also a true epitome of the transformation of Chinese society closely linked to the context of the times. As a specific organizational form in the process of social transformation in modern China, "unit system" has gone through more than 50 years. Undoubtedly, "unit system" is not a general organization and institutional structure. Rather, it is the overall organizational and institutional structure that China has established in the process of modernization, which truly reflects the political, economic, cultural, social and even their operation since the founding of the people's Republic of China.
