【摘要】：在社会主义革命与建设时期,毛泽东的社会管理思想对于建设并巩固新生的人民政权做出过巨大的贡献。本文将从理论来源、主要内容、特点、历史评价四个方面来梳理毛泽东的社会管理思想,研究的目的在于启示当今社会管理的发展。研究的主要框架为:一、毛泽东社会管理思想的理论来源。毛泽东的社会管理思想不是主观臆想,它有其自身的理论来源。笔者挑选了中国传统文化和马克思主义经典作家的社会管理思想作为研究对象,其中中国传统文化挑选儒家、法家和道家的社会管理思想、马克思主义经典作家则挑选了马克思、恩格斯、列宁的社会管理思想。二、毛泽东社会管理思想的主要内容。该部分将从政治、经济、文化、民生四个视角来阐述毛泽东社会管理思想,分别表现为着重夯实社会管理的政权基础、夯实社会管理的物质基础、着重从思想上推进社会管理工作、重视民生工作以夯实社会管理的群众基础。三、毛泽东社会管理思想的特点。毛泽东社会管理思想十分重视从政治视角出发、毫不动摇的坚持群众路线、统筹兼顾把握重点、高度重视文化认同感的培养、注重方式方法的运用。四、毛泽东社会管理思想的历史评价。此部分首先从整体上肯定毛泽东社会管理思想的历史地位,再分别对新民主主义革命前期(1919-1927)、新民主主义革命中期(1927-1937)、新民主主义革命后期(1937-1949)、新中国建立初期(1949-1956)、社会主义探索曲折时期(1957-1976)毛泽东的社会管理思想进行具体评价,前四个时期基本肯定毛泽东社会管理思想的积极影响,最后一个时期重点列举毛泽东社会管理思想中的错误思想。五、毛泽东社会管理思想的当代启示。此部分将分为:当今社会管理应该坚持政治、经济、文化、社会、生态五位一体;应该协调多种利益关系、正确处理社会矛盾;应该坚持社会管理向多元主体的社会治理转变;应该完善民主协商机制;应该加强党的建设;应该加强法治建设。本文基于辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义,综合应用文献研究法、系统分析法和逻辑与历史统一法,得出如下结论:研究毛泽东的社会管理思想,对于促进当今社会管理的发展,具有重要启示作用。
[Abstract]:In the period of socialist revolution and construction, Mao Zedong's thought of social management for the construction and consolidation of the new people's regime had made enormous contribution. This part starts from the historical position of Mao Zedong certainly the social management thoughts on the whole, and then to the new democratic revolution period of New Democratic Revolution (1919-1927), middle (1927-1937), the new democratic revolution Late life (1937-1949), the early establishment of new China (1949-1956), the exploration of socialist tortuous period (1957-1976) the evaluation of Mao Zedong's social management thought, the first four period basically affirmed the positive impact of Mao Zedong's social management thought, the last period of heavy enumeration of wrong ideas of Mao Zedong's social management thought. In five, the Contemporary Enlightenment of Mao Zedong the social management thoughts. This part will be divided into: the social management should adhere to the political, economic, cultural, social, ecological tourism; should coordinate various interests, properly handle social contradictions; should adhere to the social management to social governance transformation of multi subject; we should improve the mechanism of democratic consultation; should strengthen the construction of the party should be; to strengthen the construction of the rule of law.
