城乡一体化背景下农村女性角色的转换与妇联组织的作用

【摘要】：我国城乡一体化的快速发展,从政治、经济、文化等各个方面给农村女性带来了深刻的影响,使农村女性获得了前所未有的发展契机。但农村女性在其角色转换过程中也面临着许多不容忽视的问题,例如城乡一体化的政治发展进程中农村女性参政议政发展缓慢；经济发展进程中农村女性就业创业不受鼓励和支持,农村女性土地权益侵占问题日趋严重；文化发展进程中,农村留守儿童教育、安全问题凸显。以上种种问题的出现,说明城乡一体化的建设给农村女性带来的发展十分有限。我国妇联组织应该如何应对城乡一体化带来的变化,实现妇联组织推动农村女性角色转换职能,满足农村女性发展的需要,推动农村女性进步正是本论文思考和试图回答的问题。论文利用文献研究方法和系统分析方法对城乡一体化下农村女性角色转换和妇联组织推动其角色转换所具有的职能进行综合研究。第一部分主要介绍了相关研究背景、研究意义、研究内容和研究方法；第二部分介绍了城乡一体化建设下农村女性角色的现代转换；第三部分重点分析了制约农村女性角色转换的几大因素；第四部分针对我国目前妇联组织在女性角色转换过程中发挥的主要作用进行了分析,介绍了妇联的工作性质、职能、目前工作基本状况、制约因素；第五部分针对以上问题,给出几点促进妇联组织推动农村女性角色转换职能实现的相关对策建议,进一步丰富我国妇联在促进城乡一体化建设发展领域的研究成果。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of urban-rural integration in China has brought profound influence to rural women in political, economic, cultural and other aspects. Rural women have obtained unprecedented opportunities for development. However, rural women also face many problems in the process of their role transformation, such as the slow development of rural women in the process of political development of the integration of urban and rural areas; In the process of economic development, rural women's employment and entrepreneurship are not encouraged and supported, rural women's land rights and interests encroachment is becoming more and more serious; in the process of cultural development, the education of left-behind children in rural areas is highlighted, and the safety problems are highlighted. It shows that the construction of urban and rural integration of rural women bring very limited development. How to cope with the changes brought about by the integration of urban and rural areas, how to realize the functions of the women's federations in promoting the transformation of rural women's roles, and how to meet the needs of rural women's development? Promoting the advancement of rural women is the question that this thesis thinks and tries to answer. The thesis uses the literature research method and the systematic analysis method to the rural women's role transformation and the women's federation organization to promote its role transformation under the urban-rural integration. The first part mainly introduces the related research background, The second part introduces the modern transformation of rural women's role under the construction of urban and rural integration, the third part focuses on the analysis of several factors restricting the transformation of rural women's role; Part 4th analyzes the main role played by women's federations in the process of changing women's roles in China, introduces the nature, functions, basic status and restrictive factors of the work of women's federations; part 5th aims at the above problems. This paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the rural women's role transformation in order to further enrich the research results of Chinese women's federations in the field of promoting the development of urban and rural integration construction.
