【摘要】：英国智库迪蒙斯是英国国内最有影响力的智库之一,成员在世界各地调研,该报告从不同的角度对英国青少年做了全面的分析,结合青少年自身和老师的看法,展示了下一代的真实面貌。青少年是国家的未来和希望,关注青少年的身心发展刻不容缓。该篇调查报告的翻译可以让中国了解英国青少年的生活态度,对政治、经济、文化的看法和观点,由此及彼,对比国内青少年的发展状况,为青少年的身心发展提供更良好的条件。本翻译实践报告旨在通过翻译技巧和翻译理论对原调查报告进行翻译并对译文进行研究。本报告以功能对等为指导原则,探讨了译者如何运用异化法和归化法等主要翻译策略以及增词法减词法,主语的处理,断句和整合等,使得译文更加符合目的与文本的风格,表达习惯和译文读者的思维和阅读习惯。论文第一章介绍了翻译文本的来源和内容,第二章对翻译文本即《新一代国民》进行细致分析,叙述了必要的准备工作等。第三章为论文重点部分,结合上述翻译案例与探讨具体翻译策略,包括短句合译、增词法、减词法等,力求能有效地解决译者在翻译文本时由于过度依赖原文而出现的各类问题。结语部分则是论文的实践总结环节及笔者体会到译者需要具备的素养。
[Abstract]:Dimmons, one of the most influential think-tanks in the UK, is a research group around the world. The report provides a comprehensive analysis of young people in Britain from different perspectives, combining the views of young people and teachers. It shows the true face of the next generation. Young people are the future and hope of the country. It is urgent to pay attention to the physical and mental development of young people. The translation of this survey report can help China understand the life attitude of British youth, their political and economic attitudes, Cultural views and viewpoints, from this to the other, contrast the development of young people in China. Providing better conditions for the physical and mental development of adolescents. This translation practice report aims to translate and study the original survey report through translation techniques and translation theories. This report is guided by the principle of functional equivalence. This paper discusses how the translator makes use of the main translation strategies, such as alienation and domestication, as well as the addition and subtraction of words, the treatment of subject, the breaking and integration of sentences, and so on, in order to make the translation more in line with the purpose and the style of the text. The first chapter introduces the source and content of the translated text, and the second chapter makes a detailed analysis of the translated text, that is, the New Generation of Nationals. The third chapter is the key part of the thesis, which combines the above translation cases and discusses the specific translation strategies, including sentence combination, lexical addition, lexical subtraction and so on. This paper tries to solve all kinds of problems caused by the translator's excessive reliance on the source text, and the conclusion part is the summary of the paper's practice and the writer's understanding of the translator's needs.
