基于复杂网络的供应网络复杂性研究

【摘要】:全球政治、经济、社会环境的巨大变化增加了供应网络外部环境的不确定性以及内部管理的复杂性,对供应网络的稳定性产生重要影响。由于复杂性变化而导致的供应网络管理失效、解体等表现威胁着产业的可持续发展,因此近年来对供应网络复杂性的研究成为学者们关注的主要问题之一。由于现有研究对供应网络复杂性的内涵还没有统一界定,复杂性机理及其测度研究也较少,对影响复杂性因素的挖掘及相关规律探索还有待深入,因此研究供应网络的复杂性问题,具有重要的理论意义和实践价值。围绕此目标,论文的主要研究工作和结论如下:(1)从理论层面探讨供应网络复杂性的内涵和特征表现,归纳影响供应网络运行复杂性的因素,并在此基础上构建供应网络复杂性研究的分析框架,得出:供应网络复杂性表现为内生复杂性和外生复杂性。供应网络复杂性与网络的规模、结构层次以及节点企业间的合作关系具有紧密的相关性。结构与关系作为网络的基本构成要素,直接影响网络功能的实现,对结构和关系的治理手段也影响功能完成的确定性,功能实现的不确定性程度也是网络复杂性的表现之一。(2)综合考虑网络企业节点内部的关系属性和特征,提出了供应网络内生复杂性测度指标和方法。借鉴熵理论,构建基于“结构—关系—功能”的复杂性测试指标体系对供应网络的内生复杂性进行测度,得出:复杂性与网络组织规模为强相关,与层次数量的相关性为弱相关,与节点的平均度没有明显的相关性。而复杂性的测度是相对值,通过同类组织复杂性的比对以及复杂性与组织绩效的相关性分析,能够判断可利用的复杂性和可抑制的复杂性。(3)考虑网络结构中模体的重要性,研究供应网络合作的主要模式,结合网络结构熵理论构建基于供应网络节点企业差异性和关系差异性的复杂性测度模型对供应网络结构复杂性进行测度并通过实证研究,得出:模体结构的检测可以挖掘出网络中主要的合作单元。其次,复杂性对供应网络的经营绩效有重大影响,复杂性过高或过低都会导致绩效的下滑,而复杂性所要维持的适度水平则需要对相同行业的复杂性进行对比分析得出。研究结论对供应网络的结构和关系优化有重要启示,在适度改善网络结构和规模、合作伙伴的选择与合作方式优化等方面提供了理论支撑和实践路径,对提升供应网络运行绩效和产业竞争力有指导价值。
[Abstract]:The dramatic changes in the global political, economic and social environment add to the uncertainty of the external environment of the supply network and the complexity of internal management. It has an important effect on the stability of the supply network. The failure of the management and disintegration of the supply network caused by the complexity change threaten the sustainable development of the industry. Therefore, in recent years, the research on the complexity of supply network has become one of the main problems that scholars pay attention to. The research on the complexity of supply network is of great theoretical significance and practical value. The main research work and conclusions of this paper are as follows: (1) the connotation and characteristics of supply network complexity are discussed theoretically, and the factors that affect the complexity of supply network operation are summarized. On this basis, the analysis framework of supply network complexity is constructed, and it is concluded that supply network complexity is characterized by endogenous complexity and exogenous complexity, supply network complexity and network scale. As the basic component of the network, the structure and relationship directly affect the realization of the network function, and the governance means of the structure and relationship also affect the certainty of the function completion. The degree of uncertainty in functional realization is also one of the manifestations of network complexity. The complexity test index system based on "structure-relation-function" is constructed to measure the endogenous complexity of the supply network. It is concluded that the complexity is strongly related to the scale of the network organization, and weakly related to the number of layers. The measure of complexity is relative value. By comparing the complexity of the same kind of organization and analyzing the correlation between complexity and organizational performance, To be able to judge the available complexity and to suppress the complexity.) to consider the importance of motifs in the network structure and to study the main modes of supply network cooperation, Based on the entropy theory of network structure, the complexity measurement model based on the diversity and relationship difference of the supply network node enterprises is constructed to measure the complexity of the supply network structure, and the empirical research is carried out. It is concluded that the detection of motif structure can find out the main cooperative units in the network. Secondly, complexity has a significant impact on the performance of the supply network, and too high or too low complexity will lead to the decline of performance. However, the moderate level of complexity needs to be compared with the complexity of the same industry. The conclusion of the study has important implications for the structure and relationship optimization of the supply network, and the appropriate improvement of the network structure and scale. The selection of partners and the optimization of cooperation mode provide theoretical support and practical path for improving the performance of supply network and industrial competitiveness.
