论生态帝国主义与全球发展公正性

【摘要】：在如何看待和处理全球生态环境危机的问题上,发达资本主义国家不仅推卸自己的责任,而且把造成生态环境危机的主要责任推给发展中国家。生态学马克思主义通过对生态帝国主义的批判,揭示了资本主义发展方式与全球生态环境危机之间的内在勾连,指出发达资本主义国家利用不公正的国际政治经济秩序对发展中国家进行资源掠夺和污染转移,造成了全球发展的不公正性。他们认为建构全球发展公正性的关键在于转变资本主义发展方式、变革不公正的国际政治经济秩序以及坚持"全球权利与全球责任相统一"的原则。这无论是对于争取发展中国家的环境权与发展权,还是对于我国的生态文明建设,都具有重要的价值和意义。
[Abstract]:The developed capitalist countries have not only shirked their responsibilities on how to look at and deal with the global ecological crisis, Ecological Marxism, through its criticism of ecological imperialism, reveals the inherent connection between the way capitalism develops and the global ecological environment crisis. Pointing out that developed capitalist countries exploit the unjust international political and economic order to plunder resources and transfer pollution to developing countries, They believe that the key to building global development justice lies in changing the way capitalism develops. To change the unjust international political and economic order and to adhere to the principle of "the unification of global rights and responsibilities"... whether it is to strive for the environmental rights and the right to development in developing countries, or to the building of our ecological civilization, Are of great value and significance.
