工业服务型公司的组织结构优化研究

【摘要】：企业组织结构是企业各生产要素整合运用的载体,有好的组织结构才能充分发挥企业的优势形成在市场上的竞争优势,因此企业组织结构的变革和优化成了企业在自我发展自我提高过程中必须面对的问题。目前,我国的社会发展极其迅速,各行各业在政治经济迅猛发展的整体情况下都有长足的进步。由于行业、规模和管理模式的差异,各个经济体组织在发展过程中都有可能面临到组织的结构变革。本文以工业服务型企业G公司作为研究对象,以组织结构理论为指导,通过实地调查、访谈、邮件等方式搜集所需的研究资料。在详细地分析了G公司目前组织结构中存在的问题的基础上,对G公司所处的环境以及影响G公司结构的六个因素进行了分析,并在此基础上对G公司的组织结构进行了优化设计,得出更符合公司发展需要的全新的组织结构模式。同时,为保障新的组织结构体系能够得以有效实施,进一步提出了一系列的保障措施,以确保优化后的组织结构体系能够顺利地实施并在公司的整体运营中发挥出应有的作用,本次对G公司组织结构优化的成果可以为类似的工业服务型企业的组织结构调整提供新的思路和可供借鉴的方法。
[Abstract]:The enterprise organizational structure is the carrier of the enterprise production factors of the integration of organizational structure, to the full advantage of the enterprise to form a competitive advantage in the market, so the change and optimization of the organizational structure of enterprises has become the enterprise in self development must improve themselves on the surface in the process of the problem. At present, China's social development is extremely quickly, all walks of life have made great progress in the overall situation of the political economy and the rapid development of the industry. Because of differences, scale and management mode, each economy organizations are likely to face in the development process to change the structure of the organization.
In this paper, industrial service enterprise G company as the research object, the organization structure theory, through on-the-spot investigation, interview, e-mail and other means to collect the required data. Research is analyzed in detail based on G's current organizational structure in the existing problems, the environment of G company and G company the structure of the six factors were analyzed. The structure of G, and on the basis of optimized design, it is more in line with the development needs of the company's new organizational structure. At the same time, in order to ensure the new organizational structure system can be effectively implemented, put forward a series of security measures, to ensure the organization optimized structure system to carry out successfully and play its due role in the overall operation of the company, the G company organizational structure optimization results for similar industrial service enterprise The restructuring of the organization provides new ideas and methods for reference.
