论新中国成立后三十年社会建设及与当今社会建设的关系

【摘要】：新中国成立后"三十年"是社会建设的探索时期,构筑了社会建设的政治、经济、文化基础,追求社会公平与自由平等的建设目标,采取统筹兼顾与适当安排的建设布局,实行军事化动员的建设手段。通过不断探索,社会建设取得了很大成就,教育与医疗卫生等民生问题得到重视,社会保障体系逐步建立,公平与平等等观念深入人心。但也存在诸如社会建设目标的乌托邦色彩浓厚,社会建设手段过于倾向政治运动,社会建设政策具有随意性等问题。改革开放后的"三十年"与新中国成立后"三十年"的社会建设存在着一种继承与发展的关系,两个"三十年"逐步构筑了社会主义核心价值观的合理内核。
[Abstract]:Thirty years after the founding of the people's Republic of China is the exploration period of social construction. It has built the political, economic and cultural foundation of social construction, pursued the goal of social justice and freedom and equality, and adopted a comprehensive plan and appropriate arrangement. Through continuous exploration, great achievements have been made in social construction, education, medical and health care and other livelihood issues have been taken seriously, and the social security system has been gradually established. The concepts of fairness and equality are deeply rooted in people's hearts. However, there is a strong utopia such as social construction goals, and the means of social construction are too inclined to political movements. The "30 years" after the reform and opening up and the "30 years" after the founding of New China have a relationship of inheritance and development. Two "30 years" gradually constructed the reasonable core of socialist core values.
