【摘要】：正1994年以来,台湾当局为加强与东南亚地区经贸合作,突破"外交困境",同时借此缓解台商投资大陆对台政治、经济形成的压力,三次提出"南向政策"。2015年9月,时任民进党"总统"候选人蔡英文宣布,若重返执政将推动"新南向政策"。这一政策能否具体落实,仍有待观察。
[Abstract]:Since 1994, in order to strengthen economic and trade cooperation with Southeast Asia, to break through the "diplomatic dilemma" and to ease the pressure on Taiwan businessmen to invest in mainland politics and economy on Taiwan, the Taiwan authorities have put forward three "southward policies". In September 2015, Tsai Ing-wen, then the DPP's presidential candidate, announced that a return to power would push forward a "new southward policy" that remains to be seen.
