新时期来华留学生教育的现实挑战

【摘要】：来华留学生教育是我国高等教育事业的有机组成部分,在国家政治、经济、教育和外交领域发挥重要作用。当前来华留学生教育迎来了新一轮发展契机,学生规模逐年增大,同时长期困扰来华留学教育事业发展的瓶颈问题进一步凸显。论文从来华留学生教育的重要性认识、后勤资源保障、师资队伍建设、管理体系和招生工作等五个方面剖析了当前来华留学生教育的现实挑战,支撑新时期来华留学生教育的创新发展。
[Abstract]:The education of foreign students in China is an organic part of China's higher education, and plays an important role in the fields of national politics, economy, education and diplomacy.At present, the education of overseas students in China has ushered in a new round of development opportunities, the scale of students has increased year by year, at the same time, the bottleneck problem that has been puzzling the development of education for studying abroad in China has become more prominent.The paper analyzes the realistic challenges of the current education of overseas students in China from five aspects: the importance of the education of foreign students in China, the guarantee of the logistic resources, the construction of the teaching staff, the management system and the recruitment work.To support the innovation and development of foreign students' education in China in the new period.
